Are tired of being ripped off because of your own ignorance This book shows you how your car works; what it needs in the way of tender loving care; and how to keep from being overcharged if you need to entrust repairs to someone else.

Get a honda and you won't ever need this shit...
True shit homie..I work in the auto industry and while this book is very helpful, alot of new whips are diagnosed from the ECU (engine control module)and need to be hooked up yo a PGM tester to see whats wrong with them. But for used cars this is very helpful stuff as well as the Haynes manueals.

Peace

One of the best things I did as a youth in high school was work at a local auto repair shop for two summers.

You don't know how rewarding it is to save lots of money on diy auto repair and maintenance.

Only problem is having friends and family begging for brakes and belt changes.

I don't get my hands dirty anymore though. But it's great to have the knowledge.
