If they shot him during the fight, there’s not much that I could say. But the fact that he was running away, that’s an issue.

Yes they’re right he could’ve used the taser on the cops, but the taser isn’t a deadly weapon so deadly force wasn’t needed.

He did point the taser but a taser wasn’t going to kill the cop, it was unnecessary force.

Running away should not be a death sentence.....they had his ID and his car.....besides their egos being bruised cuz he beat their ass.....why did they NEED to shoot?

I can see why thy wanted to...and I know that legally, once he had the weapon(taser) they were cleared to, but why was it necessary in this case....he made no move back towards them he was trying to flee....so where's the threat?
