Arsenio Tells Kanye Get “The F*ck Outta Here” For Using Word “Slave”

Please don't pay any attention to fag-ass house Negros like Arsenio.

Master, probably made abundantly clear about his uppity behavior, before. Just be your effeminate self and and bark when I tell you too and we will be alright.

Okay B-O-Y (yte pats Arsenio on his head).

Yea I always thought this was it...just by listening to the Hall opening remarks toward Louis

Like I said, the Farrakhan interview was in Feb. Hall & execs talked in April about shutting down the show and agreed to end it in May. If it was about Farrakhan they would've simply cancelled the show IMMEDIATELY.

Arsenio got niggas so hot that they're trying to change up da very definition of slave and making unsubstantiated claims as to why his show went off air w/o proof. :smh::lol:

I mean, we know Arsenio is right, but I love the brashness of Ye.

They can co-exist can't they?!
I'm definitely not trying to side with Kanye, but I don't remember Arsenio calling Prince out for performing with the word "Slave" written on his face.

Well, I have never known Prince to be an attention whore.

But maybe it's not that...

Black people weren't the only slaves in history

This is true, but it is unequivocal that the Trans-Atlantic was like no other slave period in the history of man, as far as it has been documented.

Understood but the meaning of the word slave is not specifically for the period. This is the argument others are saying by comparing it to the 'n' word. I think it is retarded to say people shouldn't use the word slave because of what our ancestors went through.

After that episode with Farrakhan 20+ years ago, he was never the same

Except by that point the writing was already on the wall and talk shows like that they know by mid season if they are going to be picked up. Farrakhan was on February 25, and by then he already knew it wasn't going to be picked up for the 95 season.

Here are the facts:

1. The show as syndicated. Most of the stations were CBS, and as a result dropped him when Letterman went there in 1993. Taking the spot after him also was out of the question since Letterman also had the right to produce the show after (The Late Late Show) so he lost a lot of viewers going in to the final season.

2. The second biggest pool of stations, FOX (which is why people think they were the one's that canceled him) bumped him to show the Chevy Chase show. That bombed but it still took more viewers.

3. Paramount had already moved on and was developing the Jon Stewart Show to replace his show for the 05 season. It lasted a year.

I freed a thousand slaves I could have freed a thousand more if only they knew they were slaves.

:dunno: I don't remember Prince spitting Arsenio's name out when he did that, so... Your point again? :dunno:

That is true what West said. But coming from him it would not be taken as it really is. It is like me saying we should try to preserve what is still left that is natural and original and then go and try to breed more away from the original and put the money more into the other genes.
Farrakhan himself had said that white's will invite him on their shows like Donahue and others. That is because they will have an audience opposite him. But Oprah and Montell will not invite him on their show because the audience would be an audience more in favor of him. Before Hall was taken off I saw him have Farrakhan on his show and 2 live crew. They both had the audience attention.
