It is fairly simple and Izayoi has done it before as well. Just clearly indicate the person who you are thanking and or showing your appreciation to and use a picture message, poem, link and or a few words to show your appreciation for whatever it is that you wish to show it.

I will start it off by calling up Ladyscorpio.
