I'm trying to get a Gates N Sons BBC franchise started here in Carolina. My folks from MO and KS, know who I'm talking about.

They have not become a franchise as of yet. If you go to there web page they don't list opportunities for franchising.

a good tip, especially for those that need financing if it is not an approved SBA franchise, you will have a hard time getting funds from a bank. Another thing always ask the seller to carry a second and subordinate to the lender. Some wont however if they agree to doing it, you have a little leverage plus it shows that they believe in what they are selling.
