Im just used to carrying my own bags.. especially if Im in the u.s.

but when I travel overseas I always try to tip, as much as possible..
especially when Im on the islands,

I also give away a lot of my clothes as well.. I just leave shit in the room when I check out...

one time I had to go back into the room because I forgot a phone charger, and the maid and another dude was grabbing all the clothes and footwear I left behind.. they thought I was coming back to get it and they were like..

sori sori mista...sori... I was like nah yall good I was just coming to get my charger...

they were very grateful...

I also hide money in the room for the maids, sometimes I leave it under the mattress or in the bathroom under the little bottles of soap which I never use..

LOL...Im one of those assholes that NEVER tip except at restaurants. I NEVER tip valet because its THEIR FUCKING JOB. I never tip room service either, fuck you. Bellman? All you'll get is a thank you and get the fuck out of my face. American's tipping culture is very confusing and overly ridiculous. Everyone does one little thing and start expecting a tip.
