Anybody work in a luxury Hotel?

I work in a luxury hotel in NYC as a Bellman, and have been for 10 years (I won't give out the name).
And I was curious to see if anybody on the board has ever worked in a luxury, celeb frequented, hotel, and have had similar crazy experiances that I've had. I'll give a break down list of things that have happend over the years. (it's all 100% true)

*Summer of 2001 helped Mariah Carey with turning on the theater system in the penthouse. As I walked out Eminem was walking in.

*Helped Diddy with a ton of LV luggage bags, only to be tipped $0

*Locked eyes with Beyonce while helping her with luggage, (pre jay-z) and thought just for a moment, I could get her, if i wasn't in this damn uniform..lol

*Had a hooker hysterically Laughing after servcing C-lo Green from Gnarls Barkley, about how small his package was. And how he was done in 2 seconds.

*Saw a drunk Rosario Dawson flash her boobs at her b-day party.

* Brought Halle Berry a fax to her room, and the room smelled like doo-doo.
She admited it tho, that she was on the master cleanse and it gave her bad gas.


*Smoked a spiff with Robin Thick and his wife, the sexy Paula Patton (who both are major weed heads) after they asked if I could get them weed, and I obliged. (BTW Robin Thicke is the most down celeb cats I've met, 90% of celebs want u to take care of there bags and get the fuck out. But he was on sum fully appriciating ur help shit, and u can come up n smoke on ur break if u want.)

had many many antics with Robert Plant(Led Zeppelin)
taught Robert DeNiro how to dive a conch and then later got in huge argument with him over cigar smoking in a restaurant
helped Bill Cosby change a tire
many antics with Jimmy Buffet
an excruciatingly boring dinner with the Clintons
too many stories to tell with reggae artists just name them
breakfast then swimming with Ray Baretto(RIP)
having to inform Angelina Jolie that topless sunbathing is illegal

To answer sum questions I've worked in a few hotels over the years, and Diddy, and many other new york artist have stayed in them all. Its like when a new club opens they go. When a new hotel opens people try them out, even people that live only minutes away.

I average about $500 in tips a week on top of base salary, sumtimes alot more, sumtimes a lot less, every week is diffrent.

This week is good cuz its fashion week in NYC, alot of high rollers in town.

Sade 20$ (twenty for anything u do for her, and shes a sweetheart and an r and b legend)

Mandy Moore $ 20 (for hailing a taxi, which is a good tip)

- 04, Willie Nelson - his tour bus rolls up and parks in the parking lot where all the tour buses stay when they came to XM. I go out to lunch, and suddenly smell cheeba -- potent good shit too. I'm looking around for the source and suddenly I see "the old horse" painted on the back of the bus and know exactly where it's coming from. I ask the roadie dude near the bus if I could "take a toke" with Willie if he's in it. He gives me the I'm like "C'mon man - this is once and lifetime shit for me. Black kid from Brooklyn - smokes up with Willie? It's crazy."
Roadie gives me then like a awkward 5 second pause then Ok, in a long southern drawl "knock on the door and ask for Greg, and tell him Nick says "it's alright"
I get in the bus and it smells like the sweetest fucking endo on god's green. I see Willie all the way in the back ... and as soon as start walking back, he starts coming forward, and then breaks left and right in the bathroom to take a SHIT!

I used to work as a valet parking guy at the Marriot Marquis in Atlanta. I parked cars for the late flow Jo, Little Richard and Dominic Wilkins.

The high class hookers were always the most fun to work with and they tipped the best. There was this fat light skinned girl who was the prettiest face I had seen in a while, she used to drive a convertible audi. She was also very humble for a whore.
