I been taking zinc tablets, It makes the nutting more sensational and sensitive. I also shoot massive gobs now. Save up like 7 days of nut , no jerkin or fucking , take zinc tablets, by day 7 you’ll ejaculate enough to fill a shot glass and have it overflow
How many u take at once?

im tryna drown these hoes

Heen lyin'. I used to take it with l-argenine like 2 or 3 of each daily with hella wawta and I'd be droppin' off thick gelatin globs on these heauxs. Shit would feel so intense, a nigga eyes would tear up. I gotta get back on it AND buy some folsac.

Can’t believe I’m about to add to this thread but…
Water
Folic Acid
Zinc
Saw Palmetto
Magnesium

Are basic staples that will make a noticeable differences.

Products marketed to increase ejaculation volume/quality/sperm motility are real and a few things do actually work. (Anyone who has had fertility issues or spent time talking to a urologist would know this.) The majority of the products I’ve seen have several ingredients in common (eg high doses of folic acid, vita b & d, and zinc). There are other herbs, minerals and supplements that can help increase fluids like sunflower lecithin (personally can’t attest to its potential benefit. My body reacts bad to it.)

What is likely to happen before someone increase the volume they ejaculate is that the quality and amount of their sperm becomes healthier and increases.

I do believe a product like Folsac can have a difference on someone and work like it’s advertised. I also know that you could easily get all of the ingredients of Folsac easily for a more potent combination.

I found a concoction on Reddit while reading / searching for Folsac reviews on Google. Altogether, should be about $25 to get started and a week to see a result

{NO HOMO! on your search for Folsac, pygeum or the medical term "
Hyperspermia"

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
}

called the holy grail of nut bussin, this is God's Gift approved

>Take 50 grams max of Zinc daily.
More than that is toxic.
> 2 pills of sunflower lecithin daily ( others promote estrogen)
> 50 MG daily of vitamin B
> 2 pills of Pygeum daily ( check Amazon reviews )
>Eat 2 stalks of celery daily... Pills might work too
> gallon of water daily

> stop bussin all together for 7 days, if ¡y'all BGOL fuck boys can.

I like Jesus before, have sacrificed myself for you... if you believe the Bible.

Medicinal mushrooms contain 3 types of healing compounds: Beta-Glucans Triterpenes Sterols Each has their own benefits to your wellbeing
Beta-glucans are polysaccharides (chains of carbohydrates) These sugars interact with the microbiome in your gut to modulate & prime your immune system to protect you from foreign invaders
Triterpenes are fat precursors to steroid hormones These compounds have anti viral, anti inflammatory and hallucinogenic (psilocybin) properties of mushrooms Ganoderic acids found in reishi and Betulinic acid in Chaga are the most widely studied
1-Lions mane This is the most popular one And also my favorite Its cognitive benefits are outstanding More focus Enhanced mental clarity Research shows it supports the growth of the hippocampus The part of your brain responsible for memory
2-Cordyceps Also known as the athletes mushroom It improves your energy and endurance by increasing the efficiency of how your body uses oxygen It contains cordycepin which is similar to adenosine Which dilates your blood vessels
3-Shiitake Known for heart health benefits Shiitake can help lower your LDL cholesterol & blood pressure
4-Reishi Known as the mushroom of immortality Its benefits are numerous: Sleep Relaxation Immnuity Vitality The Chinese have used it for thousands of years as a healing tonic

5-Turkey tail This mushroom is renowned for its immunity benefits It’s loaded with beta d glucans which prime your immune system Research shows that it can boost Natural Killer cells to fight off cancer cells And also boost the good bacteria in your microbiome
6-Chaga Chaga is the king of medicinal mushrooms It only grows on birchwood and is packed with beta-glucans and triterpenes It has the highest potency of antioxidants and supports digestive health

7-Psilocybe You may know this one as “magic mushrooms” It has made a comeback after being listed as an illicit drug due to its hallucinogenic property (psilocybin) Many considered it too dangerous to study But it has made many recent breakthroughs Particularly in psychiatry
