Any Ravens fans on here??

. Of course, most of the wins were against below average to poor defenses. It's not totally out of the realm of possibility that the Ravens could have won those games with a healthy Joe Flacco.

The Ravens finished the regular season against the Chargers and Browns.. good defenses. Flacco couldn't even manage to score a TD earlier in the season against the Browns before their defense really got rolling. Flacco is hot fucking garbage. People acting like Rodgers was sitting on the bench. Flacco was garbage. Yall weren't winning with Flacco because with him, yall couldnt throw or run the ball. At least with Lamar, the ravens because the top rush offense and had some type of offensive identity.

. The Raven's have a QB problem now. You have a Phenomenal Athlete in the QB position but he's not a natural passer, to say the least. .

Ravens have had a QB problem for several seasons champ...they hadn't made the playoffs since 2014 because Flacco hadn't done shit.

And I actually said the Ravens should have pulled Lamar IF they weren't going to let him throw the ball...they only opened it up later because they had to.

Listen, the Ravens had the ball with a minute left with a chance to win the game. That's almost all you could ask for....and how did they lose? on a DL getting directly to the QB untouched and knocking the ball out of his hand.... again.. OL problems.

It was such an unenviable position for the coach. Flacco ain't shit, but your gimmick is up. Chargers were basically like :please: :please:throw the ball, but they did so in a way people really haven't seen -- including Flacco. At halftime, I think a lot of folks were just like 'fuck it' minus whale try Flacco. I think John flipped a coin in the pisser.

It's like a fucking tradition with the Ravens. Great defense, no QB. Almost 20 fucking years since their first SB win and the same shit.

Flacco been trash for a long ass time. He wasn't going to do shit against 7 DBs and a 4 man front that was on the QB in an instant but throw a bunch of INTs.

I don't buy the Flacco been trash argument. Truth is the Ravens O--line has been suspect in Pass Protection since the Superbowl season. They haven't had a reliable run game since 2014. Between 2014-2018 Flacco had two significant injuries to his knee and back. The knee was caused by his own lineman. On top of that, you had retread receivers of questionable quality not to mention a 1st round bust at receiver. Constant talent loss in the O-Line. Despite all of that The Ravens came within a series in two of the last 3 seasons of making the playoffs and it was the defense that couldn't hold their water. The one Hallmark of the Flacco era in Baltimore is that he put them in the position to win more times than not. This was especially true during the 1st 6 years of his career. He's not Elite and he won't be going to the Hall of Fame but he was the perfect fit for the Baltimore Ravens in the waning days of Ray Lewis/ Ed Reed era.

Yeah. They were in a tight spot. You also gotta give the Chargers credit with completely going with some unconventional scheme that no one could have prepped for.. they went with 7 DBs on 95 percent of their defensive snaps.

Not saying he's on there level, but why is it when Tom Brady or Eli get sacked in the pocket its the OL fault. When Flacco gets sacked in the pocket it's his fault?

Over the past 5 years, Flacco has been ranked 36 out of 39 QB's in terms of overall efficiency.

36 outta 39.

Dude has been trash since the Super Bowl... And I'm from Baltimore and a Ravens fan.

So it's all Flacco? That's nuts. Lack of receivers and a failure to replace other loss talents on offense lost after the Superbowl season. All of those things don't matter. Ok. Flacco's gone. So we'll see what happens over the next two or three seasons.
