Yeah. the OL is trash, only thing Flacco would have likely done is throw more INTs. Like I said in the first post, the OC is to blame. They're not letting him pass. Lamar is a better passer than what people give him credit for.. the playcalling has handicapped him
Yeah, he should be smart enough to know Jackson's been figured out. It's done. A wrap.
Yeah, never learned to play the position and relying on athletic skills. That shit will get you to the league and even a pro bowl, but once you figured out, it's a done deal.
He hasn't been figured out. It's just playoff football and the OC is trash. If you completely take away the threat of throwing, you'll lose in the PLAYOFFS. All the defenses are typically too good for that shit. through 3 quarters, Lamar had only thrown 9 passes. You can't win in the playoffs like that. They're stupid.
Lamar has work to do, but the OC did him zero favors with the playcalling.
If he’s a professional he should know that he is/was having a bad game and was pulled for a reason. I said earlier they didn’t even have to bench him, just give Flacco those reps when the defense made stops to get them in the red zone

Flacco is GARBAGE. I've watched this dude get 50+ pass attempts and not even get 200 yards..multiple times. Do people know how difficult that is?

Where is that even coming from, we’re saying you got a defense handling things making the chargers have to settle for FGS, the Ravens rushing offense has been shut down, which is what Lamar is good at, so why not but somebody in there that can make passes. Shannon sounds stupid
the better defenses will figure him out sooner than later...he has to be a real dual threat like Cam, Vick or Dak to really have a chance in the league...this is not college he can't depend on running and think he will be successful...last what coach or front office wants their QB running the way he does....who is willing to give a long term deal to a QB who can't develop in the pocket?
Oh. That's definitely going to happen during the offseason. I was just saying that today's game wasn't an issue of him being "figured out". It's the playoffs and the chargers defense is finally all healthy and it's a good defense.
I wasn't a huge fan of Lamar because I thought he had accuracy issues in college. However, he's been better than I thought. Get him an offensive line and give him a full season as a starter to see what he can develop into.

All they had to do was figure out how to stop the running. Everyone on the planet knew that shit. This the same cat teams wanted to play WR, so it's not like he's known for his throwing. They did a fucking great job getting those wins running this gimmick with him.
He has 2 passing TDs, boss. They didn't figure out shit. Did they figure out Rivers? Lamar has more passing yards than Rivers on fewer attempts.
That was more on horrible playcalling by the OC than anything + the chargers actually having a really good defense. That's on the OC.

Shit. I'm not shocked at all what the ravens defense has done to Rivers. But I thought this Jackson gimmick would last through the playoffs. He did good with the broken plays on a team thought they had the game in the bag
I blame on the OC for that. Lamar is a better passer than he gets credit for. You shorten up the routes if you don't trust him but you don't go an entire half with 6-7 passing attempts. They acted like he was Peterman. Lamar is smart with the ball.. he's not going to toss a bunch of INTs and shit..let him pass...at least enough to make the defense account for it.
