The sad thing is that the “idea” is solid. Families can come together, create a Trust, and buy properties to start wealth building. Image if families got to together to buy tracts of land in TX, MS, and Louisiana.

Easily if you don't know what you're doing. Nothing is fool proof. I have a friend now got a family home from his mom. He had big plans for updating the house and renting it. The house sits on the corner inside the 610 loop in Houston. He kept on saying I wanna dump 20k into it so I can rent for this. I tried to tell him Bro just clean the house up and make sure its too code and you can rent ASAP and turn a cash flow. He also didn't ask the right people about rental properties. Got with a jack leg lender who wasn't used to his type of business. Nothing worked for him and he ended up selling the home. I'm sure he made some money but not what that property could of pulled in over time. Nobody sells a 3 bedroom home on a corner lot near the medical center and multiple universities.
Dude got fired from his teaching job. Like I told my homeboy is Boyce is soooo smart and making millions from the stock market why does he need to peddle stuff on youtube and online? Folks who day trading making big money don't have time to be making gossip videos daily. I remember when his wife said on a video when he tried to holler at him she thought he was down and out broke. Until she saw some finances then she gave him attention. Dude doing good but he ain't banking what he portrays.

No, there’s another guy who’s an actual real estate investor named Julian. He was the biggest investor in TREF($40,000). He‘s been keeping his foot on Jay Morrison neck. He’s trying to get the Feds and the local DA involved to investigate. He was in that call with some other investors.
Jay was trying to be slick and not inform the original investors when he has these meetings. He removed a bunch of people from the email list and pretends like he’s letting everyone know about these calls. Dude is real piece shit and so is his wife too.
I honestly don't know why he isn't dead yet.
