Antonio Brown to the Raiders

Hope AB fails . I personally think he was Jealous of Juju
Ya think? It's no coincidence shit went completely off the rails when JuJu got team MVP. That shit was from the players. AB's and JuJu's peers.

I was listening to Pittsburgh sports talk when all this shit was going down to get the real scoop and brought it up to @jack walsh13 He said the same shit the local guys were saying about this shit. It's that folks generally like JuJu. It's not about tolerating a cat because of his production(which is what happens with Ben and AB).

After having the national media fuck up Cleveland sports and reporting on OSU, I only go to local stations for the real.

Steelers local sportstalk are all bitter loser cacs who give constant passes to Ben and his fuck shit while being overly critical of Tomlin and black talent. Take all their commentary with a grain of salt.

Real talk man. That's why I laugh at jokers who think they know about how teams do contracts and what the real pulse of the team is. Steelers got rid of him to dead the distractions in the locker room. Players did not want Brown around anymore. They were pissed off and tired of his shit. He sabotaged any decent deal the Steelers could have gotten with his blonde mustasche tour. Dude had to fuckin go. Ron Cook who's been covering the Steelers since fuckin forever shed excellent insight on it all. I'd listen to him before any ESPN article.

Is the Antonio Brown deal as one-sided as it seems?

So is Cleveland's sports talk, and it's a helluva lot more accurate than that bullshit Yahoo, ESPN, Fox Sports, etc put out about anything sports related going on up here. When I listened, they weren't giving passes to Ben like that. Given that bitter-cac syndrome is built into sports talk, you learn to filter through it.

It's that locally they have folks at the practice facilities and around the team 24/7 that hear shit and won't go on record. Sports hosts than bring it up on the slick. Shits proved incredibly accurate in Cleveland. Seems to be accurate here given what black Steeler fans on BGOL saying too. I got into it because it filtered over to our sports talk heavy.

Yeah, we discussed this before. You can't get the real vibe from ESPN or even your city's local sports guys talking about other cities. Had I not dug deeper, I wouldn't have known how teammates felt about him and what the team put up with.

Local guys >>>>>>>

What black steeler fans do you refer to? All i see is two delusional homers trying to convince themselves that AB was the source of all their ills and that the organization didnt fuck up majorly.

And please show me the local articles that assess blame Bens way and note his propensity to finger point, throw coaches and teammates under the bus and threaten retirement every fucking summer.. Show me the articles that acknowledge player resentment for the team management covering Bens rapes and backstabbing while holding others to different standards.

AB made his media rounds telling you muthafuckas what the issues were (money and Ben being a bitch) yet you still seem to defer to local hacks who blindly kiss Rooney family ass while thinking that they have some insight others who live outside that shithole town dont..

So what he was tight bout JuJu. His points about Ben and the organization were facts. He's gone now so it don't even matter anymore.

@Spectrum , read this article.. These niggas are co-signing this honkified trash while thumbing their nose at outside reporters for "not knowing whats really going on"..

Lemme save you some time.. This epitomizes small town cheese eating hack:
It’s easy to say Antonio Brown won and the Steelers lost. Brown is getting what he wanted from the Oakland Raiders — a new, bigger contract with more guaranteed money. The Steelers are getting little in return for their greatest wide receiver in franchise history — third- and fifth-round draft picks.

It looks so one-sided.

I guess I’m looking at it a little differently. The reported trade return for Brown actually is better than what I expected...:lol:

@gene cisco , you a got dam fool if you think thats fair and objective reporting... the cac has the audacity to say "Im not sure Brown is the winner here."...

Only a fool would take this shit seriously. You small town fanboys are imbeciles.

I don't even read articles about NE Ohio teams. I said I LISTENED to sports talk. If you listen, you know they have guys plugged in locally. Inside the fucking practice facilities. Constantly around the fucking teams. These guys will say shit without going on the fucking record. The hosts will sometimes press them to commit to shit knowing they won't.

You know how many fucking times I had to sit hear and listen to cats go on about Lebron, Cleveland sports, and other shit and they had no fucking idea what they were talking about? Shit's infuriating.

AB went off the rails right have JuJu got MVP. That's a fucking fact. When I listened, local guys weren't big on Ben. They talked about him calling people out, being a bad leader, etc. But they also were talking about shit the team and other players had to put up with from AB(well, ben too).

The vote seemed to be personal. But you go ahead and listen to folks reporting on the shit from the other side of the country. Because they sure as shit get it wrong about Cleveland damn near every fucking time. :smh:

Fuck what's coming out some guy's mouth who is an attention whore with a gold mustache. That cat is in his own reality. I

I hear ya. But McMenamin and Windhorst have been pretty much spot with all Cavs drama over the last near decade. This aint 1993. ESPN poaches local talent with local ties who have been on the beat and puts them on payroll.. That and social media have made the world smaller. These local hacks aint hording info like they once were my man.

You mean the guy who dictated terms and got exactly what he wanted and what MOST talking heads (INCLUDING ONES IN HIS LOCAL MARKET) said he wouldnt get?

Any drama that got national attention with Lebron was old to local people. The thing is sources and going on the record. You know that man. During a 10 minute bit in the morning on the phone, the local sports guy can drill the local reporter at the practice facility. "what you hearing" is different than on the record shit. That's all I'm saying.

No doubt AB got his money. Doesn't mean he wasn't jealous of JuJu. Remember Hue Jackson's tour? What he went around saying didn't mesh with what we had to put up locally for years. Locally, cats who listen to sports talk hear these guys every fucking week for years man.

If you listen to sports talk in your location, I have no fucking business telling you what's really going on with your team. You plugged in a lot more than anything I can get from ESPN and the like.

I'm not going to tell any BGOL member who is a regular listener of their own sports talk and follows their team about their fucking squad. That's why I deferred to @jack walsh13 when I heard what I heard. He just verified it. Shit's that simple man.

Damn they saying brown was jealous....

Dude was about to start the next year with no guarantee money as a top wideout, say he got hurt week one it’s a wrap

Yup. Ron Cook talks to the players. He trusts them. They didn't like AB. They didn't like the fact he quit on the team after JuJu was voted team MVP and didn't come to practice for a few days leading up to the game. Many thought it was fucked up he didn't return Tomlin's phone calls. That man didn't deserve that shit at all. Then these ESPN listening muthafuckas wanna blame Mike for that shit. Nah fam, that shit was all on Brown. Plus, Steelers never fined him a game check for not showing up for practice and not playing the final game, which they could have done. Anyone painting Brown a victim is listening to that national bullshit and have no fuckin idea what they are talking about.

The jealousy comes into how it was handled at the end of the season. Remember him not playing? That was after JuJu's MVP vote by his peers. That's what lead to all the drama when he snapped on that. Without that drama the last week, this shit handled behind closed doors best way it could be in this day and age.

Trust me, I feel you man. That national bullshit is maddening because EVERYONE outside your city gets their news from there. :smh: I remember this story was big on our radio(since it's rival talk) so I went to your guys radio. That's when I said let me hit up BGOL and see what you had to say about what I heard since you seem to be the biggest steeler fan here.

Brown got 30 mil guaranteed

Steelers took a 20 million cap hit

Raiders had 2 low 1st picks

BUT

all Steelers got was a 3rd and 5th?!?!?

WTF?!?

Guess the real "kids" are in the front office.

Wow...

The Pittsburgh Steelers

Had TWO players

All pro...

Borderline hall of famers

Got out of contracts

Pittsburgh...

One of the crown jewels of the nfl royalty.

Interesting...

Damn they saying brown was jealous....

This was about money and Big Ben ..nothing more.

Yeah. Local beat writers write fucking articles and post then where??? omg...online?! you mean articles don't only stay in local print media exclusively? radio shows actually are viewed nationally online for all to listen to nowadays?

The bills would been a better fit, younger team and great owners who want to spend $$$$ to win

:roflmao: He really was like 30 minutes late to his first presser and then talked holding people accountable. You can't make this shit up. Closest I got is Hue Jackson. Where you just can't believe shit they say. Actions never fucking match the words. How long until Gruden and Carr are problems?

Browns fans would love to thank AB for being such a big bitch. Had this cat not acted like a big, salty bitch in week 17, they probably would have resolved the money behind closed door and still be putting up with his shit.
