Still bad trigger discipline or it got snagged causing a trigger pull. Gun won't go off unless something gets inside the trigger guard and engages the trigger. There's no other reason for the gun to go off. The gun didn't fall so can't say the discharge was due to it being a hammer fire pistol

Fifth Amazon truck stolen in Cleveland area in just over three weeks in what is becoming a national trend, police reports say
The latest incident happened on Triskett Road at an apartment complex, according to a Cleveland police report.
Robbers in Cleveland stole an Amazon truck marking the fifth time in recent weeks that the online retail giant’s trucks were the target of a hijacking in the Cleveland area.

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Robbers in Cleveland stole an Amazon truck marking the fifth time in recent weeks that the online retail giant’s trucks were the target of a hijacking in the Cleveland area.
The latest incident happened about 4 p.m. Wednesday on Triskett Road near Edolyn Avenue in the city’s Westpark neighborhood, according to a report from Cleveland police.
A delivery driver told police that he jumped out of the truck and left it running to drop off packages at an apartment building. He turned around and saw someone driving his truck out of the parking lot, followed by a white SUV with an unknown number of people sitting inside it.
Police recovered the stolen delivery truck a short time later on Walt Court, a block east from the apartment complex. The officer’s found the truck with its back doors open and two storage containers lying on the street, the report says.
A witness later told police he saw four men grab packages out of the back of the truck and jump into the white SUV before both vehicles sped out of the complex, the report says.
This incident remains under investigation, and police have made no arrests.
The latest robbery joins four other similar incidents reported in Cleveland and Cleveland Heights. Two men hijacked an Amazon delivery truck in Cleveland Heights Sunday in a still-unsolved robbery.
Police also made no arrests in the similar Nov. 25 armed robberies of two trucks in Cleveland’s Fairfax neighborhood. The third robbery happened Dec. 10 on East 154th Street near Glendale Avenue, also in Cleveland. The Nov. 25 hijackings are the only two that involved firearms, according to police.
Cleveland and Cleveland Heights police have not said whether they believe the three most recent robberies are connected with the Nov. 25 incidents that police believe were carried out by the same robbers given the location and the short amout of time between each encounter.
Package theft is a mainstay of the Christmas holiday season, but the rise of porch surveillance through Amazon’s Ring and other streaming camera services gave rise to what appears to be a national trend of stealing entire trucks full of packages. Law enforcement in cities like St. Paul, Minnesota, Washington D.C., Houston, Texas and Kansas City, Missouri have all reported similar style delivery robberies in recent weeks.
Cleveland.com reached out to Amazon to address both driver safety and the impact of the recent robberies on consumers who are increasingly relying on delivery services due to the pandemic and because of a reluctance to shop at brick-and-mortar retailers due to the coronavirus.
