She works for a hospital. They understand the lawsuit that could happen if they didn't fire this bitch, and some black person died on her watch. She has a history of racism towards black people, vocalized it on the internet, and if the hospital didn't take any measures to remove her after being notified...million dollar lawsuit.

I admit its a slippery slope but employers are allowed to create policies or conditions for employment within reason. For example they can't require you to subscribe to certain religious beliefs for employment but if you make comments publicly disparaging people of a certain religious background they do have the right to take action if it impacts their business. Simply calling Trump supporters idiots is not grounds to fire someone. Saying Trump supporters ought to be shot might be. 60% of the country hates Trump so that works in any Anti-Trumpers favor. I have participated in a few large scale demonstrations including the "March for Science" and the "March for our lives" I posted nothing on Facebook or other Social media and my page has little info outside of my name. No pics or anything. I have no employment info or do I have where I live. I stopped friending people a few years ago because friends are security leaks. I stopped debating folks on Facebook simply because many people today embrace ignorance like a tall cold glass of lemonade on hot humid summer day. At work I wear my Anti-Trump views on my sleeve but I'm not gonna waste company time debating the issues. People have to start exercising common sense. What you post on social media can keep you from getting hired. I have told family members they need scrub their online profiles or delete the accounts and start over if they are just entering the job market because employers are actually googling candidates now.

The total lack of empathy / compassion is why i have very litte empathy / compassion for whytes when they get fucked up.... I have never encountered such a group of ppl with total disregard / disrespect towards others... If you're gonna say shit like that, using your gov name or your picture with an account that is known to be yours, you should know that what you're saying could connect back to your employer and there may be consequences. Say what you want, but they may not want to be associated with you when it comes out. That's fair. A while back, a co-worker of mine got arrested for molesting a couple of kids, and the next day the company owner asked us to all take the name of the company out of all of our social media...so for a while I had company undisclosed or some shit on my LinkedIn. Was dumb because molester guy still had it in his linkedin profile, but he didn't want reporters looking up co-workers and writing articles naming the organization left and right.
