an open letter to worldstarhiphop from the zulu nation

didnt get past the first paragraph but i'd tell that dude from the zulu nation to shove his keyboard up his ass
nobody forces any of those people to act like pieces of shit
nobody forced anybody to record any of their shitty behavior
nobody was forced to upload any of the bullshit
an nobody was forced to watch any of the hood bullshit

i only fucks wit the pranks, fails an ass on worldstar, all their other shit i ignore 100%
how fuckin hard is it to do that:confused:

You know what, fuck that letter!!!! A lot black people rather not fix the problem and ignore the real issues. What is the point of not seeing the videos? Will it stop the behavior of our children?? Will it help our children think before they act on their negative behavior?? Hell NO!!!! Don't shoot the messenger and fix the problem by having some type of after school programs. ......

Some things to think about ........

14 million teens are alone after school...

-The hours between 3pm to 6pm are peak hours for juvenile crimes and experimentation with drugs, alcohol, cigarettes and sex...

-Teens who don't participate in after school programs are nealy three times more likely to skip classes or use drugs.

Well for one it's not really Hip-Hop as the letter said. It's couching human ignorance into the seat of Hip-Hop as if the two are synonymous. It's false flaggin, it's fraud, fake, phony. And the fact that a majority of the site content depict black youth committing heinous acts, paints an all too familiar stereotype of blacks, black youth and Hip-Hop culture.

Furthermore, while nobody is forcing anyone to upload or watch this content, the problem is that site creates a platform that encourages deplorable behavior of youth for entertainment value. As long as youtube has been around and the dumb shit uploaded there, I have never seen people so thirsty to whip out their phone camera to record us at our worst while yelling "WorldStar". The camera man already knew where that content was going while he was recording it. :smh: Behavior that would and should otherwise be viewed as shameful is now deemed acceptable because it's somehow just "entertainment". There is enough ignorance out there already do we really need a so-called Hip-Hop website like this as a representative of our culture?

Sadly, I think if Mr. O'Dent didn't create it someone else would have. Tube sites have become popular within the past few years it was only a matter of time before we seen a hip-hopish like youtube site emerge. The cognitive dissonance in me says "Well at least a black man is getting the bread and not some youtube cacs". We need to get a grip on this shit fast. Props to the Zulu Nation for that letter.

Tell us this tho..what in da FUCK does what you say here have to do with what the brotha was saying? OR the message he was trying to convey to you dumb sonsabitches?

exactly!! u can tell those who read the letter and those who didnt

Mangobob, I read the letter and I still don't agree. I can even make a strong argument on how the hip hop culture went from dancing and having fun to promoting violence such as onyx, mobb deep and others artists... But I don't have time for the name calling and the back and forth. I don't agree, so what else can I say.....:dunno:

I'm one of the many that thinks WSHH and Q ain't shit. Fuck them niggas.

HOWEVER, that letter is full of shit. It makes WSHH the scapegoat for why niggas act like they do and makes a scapegoat for the people that visit WSHH. He should be talking to the people who send videos to WSHH and who visit the site. He's talking to the wrong people.

People are going to WSHH...people are uploading videos....you can't be mad at WSHH and Q for conducting their business just because you don't like it. He would have no business if we didn't give him our business.

But just like any other forms of entertainment its easier to blame others for OUR problems.

you're absolutely right, nobody forces them, but does that mean it should be promoted? and why you gotta tell an obviously polite man with good intentions to "shove his keyboard up his ass". Seriously?

whos doin all this promotion?
maybe dude needs to address them niggas instead

wasnt shit polite about that open-letter
that shit was 100% passive aggressive an bitchmade an men like that get zero respect from me

the fact that u cant see what finger was gettin at shows ur apart of the problem an not the solution but ur ego is to big for u to see how little u an urs bring to the table
hopefully all the learning opportunities on the net make people like u go extinct

like i said in my other post anybody can do what they want but its takes a whole lot more than a title to be apart of hiphop or black culture

Naw he's not scapegoating WSHH, but he is saying it is complicit in the poor depiction of the culture. WSHH could put restrictions on the type of content uploaded. The fact that there are no restrictions on that type of content encourages it to be uploaded.

like i said in my other post anybody can do what they want but its takes a whole lot more than a title to be apart of hiphop or black culture

But we can't just sit idly by and let mofos high-jack hip-hop culture and paint the picture of what it is to the rest of the world and just say, "Well that's just not hip-hop culture" or "That's not black culture". :dunno:

People can do what they want but we need to start pulling some niggas cards here by at least speaking out against it. Otherwise we are just passive-aggressively accepting the bs. :smh:

But why though? Why would they put restrictions on their video? Why would they fuck their money up? That's like telling Mcdonalds to quit selling beef and start selling veggie burgers instead of Big Mac's. Its like telling rappers not to swear in their music.

People gotta be restricted on what they can or can't upload? they know what they should upload. Like I said i'm not a fan of WSHH but telling them to stop their cash flow? I disagree.

And let's don't kid ourselves. There was ignorance displayed on a global scale long before WSHH and there will be after WSHH.
