I haven't lived in Philly full time since I left for college 18 years ago. Once I no longer lived in Philly it opened my eyes to how Philly females were serious lacking compared to so many other cities.
You my friend have the exact same experience as myself and many others who truly know about Philly. UPenn, Drexel and Temple will fill certain spots and events temporarily with some nice looking females... but they are never from Philly. You can tell women who are from Philly... they tend to be lack the ability to dress well.
