Am I supposed to tip for curbside take-away orders at Outback Steakhouse?

If someone is bringing your food to your car I'd understand givin em a few bucks. But if I have to walk in and pick it up myself they ain't gettin a damn thang.:smh::yes::smh:

but why? Taking the food outside is part of the service, you are basically tipping someone for picking up your order and walking a few feet.

I see exactly where you're coming from but I just do, there's no reason. It's crazy because I don't know if they have a Sonic's where you are but they basically provide the same service but with fast food and I don't give them shit. Go figure......

you don't tip for take out........

What got people thinking they are supposed to tip for everything is all those damn tip jars at coffee house places like starbucks for doing nothing except servicing you the basic (at the counter, no service at your table)......if they don't serve me at the table and not my personal my waiter, i'm not givin' a dollar...

thisssssssssssss^^^^^^^^^^

you can tip them if you want, but you do know they are still fucking with your food right? most are teens, never washing their hands, fungus and spit everywhere... Give them the tip to wash their damn hands and wear gloves for everything, that's good enough...

This is dumb. By the time you tip the, they have already touched your food m:smh:

like OP said, if your a regular then hell yeah

they do remember you. I use to frequent one outback and when I bought a new vehicle the chick made a comment about where my other vehicle was. She was always nice and pleasant....and i tipped her as such

I tip, but I get curbside frequently. I don't need the workers looking at my order like  "this cheap bastard again, let me fuck with his food?" Tip if you are a regular. They start throwing extra shit in there if you do.

I'd Say a Buck or Two.....
It's not like it's a Delivery

I tip them but not as much as i'd tip a waiter/waitress...

All the above, especially if you frequent the curbside joints...:yes::yes:

Went back today. Tipped $4 on a $20 order for carry out so that they won't spit in my food! The guy seemed greatful to get it. Fuck it, it's only money! :dunno:
