^^^^ the fact that Charron is gloating over that is wack. Clips had a death in the family, showed up as a courtesy and basically pulled what Rex did vs him, or what he did vs Illmac and freestyled all 3 rounds. I didn't see it but I heard that Charron wasn't sooo great himself. Very underwhelming in fact.

Heard DNA also got beat down but he did a favor and stepped in last minute when Uno Lavos didn't show up to battle Rone which has happened to Rone his last 3 battles(his opponent not coming to the event in JC, QP, and Uno).

Clips beat Rex convincingly when Rex had family issues going on and yet people got Clips in the running for the body of the year. now the same thing happens where Charron beats Clips and now we gonna say it doesn't count? are we saying that if its not a main stage it doesn't count because after URL, KOTD is the biggest platform out there

Clips takes too many battles. all these Marv Won, Ill Maculate, Heartless, etc, it doesn't do anything to increase his stock, they're just paydays so he half asses. even O-Red (which i consider a moderately big battle) he half assed that one

... Mook came to take Lux's head off. No one can tell me the Lux that battled Mook battled with the same intensity as Lux vs Cal or even Lux vs Hollow.
The thing that lends the most credibility to what Lux said is...
...even if you think Mook is better than Lux, he is DEFINITELY not '3-0 bodybag' better. There is nothing to conclude other than Lux didn't come with it, FOR WHATEVER REASON that night, and Mook came to redeem himself big time after the Iron battle criticism he had to sit on for almost two years.

We live in a world where money is the answer to damn near everything.
I don't expect anyone to turn down financial opportunities, whether they are motivated to come in and kill or not.
Clips had a lott battles these last two years, but he's won more than he's lost, and he's had more entertaining battles than anyone else, plus more clear wins than anyone else, so his stock rose.
He succeeded in getting himself to the level of top top tier now, so he's signed contracts for 3 or 4 big battles next year, which means... he wins.
Him and DNA made themselves huge draws for the few battles they had in 2015. Everyone knows with just 4 battles on their plates after what they were able to do battling every month, they're good for it. I think Cortez is good for that too. Danny Myers can push a litttle more and be seen the same way.
Which means there needs to be a PG cat out there who is willing to take 2015 by storm

You can't compare Clips to Rex. Rex had absolutely no bars and just came to pick up a check. Clips won the first round against Charron and easily lost the last two so it wasn't a 3-0. Even against Illmac Clips second was garbage but the first and third are debatable. His competition just wasn't that good to me.
I don't think URL rappers take these other rap leagues serious so a loss outside of URL isn't the same as loss or URL or UDUBB.

Between the amount of events URL schedules and them signing guys to contracts now a PG guy won't have enough battles to do that. It's kind of happened for Danny Myers because he hasn't been affiliated with URL since the 2nd UFF. I've been thinking about this and Ill Will has had more URL battles since doing UFF than anyone else with 3. And several people never battled in URL again afterwards(Danny Myers, Young Kannon, M Ciddy, etc.)
I think that both T Top and Brizz Rawstein will get to higher levels though they have certain restraints because of URL. So outside of them and Prep I'd probably say Showoff.
