All gym heads..check in..Killa is the strongest on board

I'm glad you said that .

My wife and I was just talking about renting a room in a community center and looking for a BJJ teacher to have more families that can't afford but want to train in the area.
This is an excellent idea and I hope y’all succeed. I think if our kids can’t get into bjj then boxing is the next best sport. Most mma/bjj places are either white or Brazilian lead. If the instructor is cool I don’t care. But boxing is dominated by us and Hispanics. It’s good to see ourselves in our sports and past times. My son wants to box. Looking at a local gym for him so he can start next year. Hoping I got time to start back up with him. that way Wifey can’t complain

Any of yall niggas had a rotator cuff pain/injury? Shit is stopping my progress fuck
If you can get the Delta Pad, use this brace: https://www.ebay.com/p/1700932801. It'll heat up your back and joints. Warm up and isolate your shoulders and deltoids with low-weight, high reps until you get your strength back. Rehab the shoulders with dumbbells, pulldowns, dumbbell presses, etc. Don't stay in the brace! As soon as you warm up well, take it off! You don't want to rely on the brace.

I definitely need something for my shoulder pain, I can do dumbbells, I never go higher than 80 pounds but I can't even do a 45 plate on the flat bench because it immediately messes my shoulder up for a few days. I recently got a slingshot because it says it takes away that point in the lift that you use your shoulder but still scared to even try it on the bench
