What if my house bigger than yours tho? You have a $100K house that's paid off and I got a $300K house and owe $100K. I got more net worth than you do. This chess not checkers homie.
That's called a gilded cage bruh. It's pretty tho ain't it.

Nah homie, it's called Intrinsic Value. My houses are investments. I can cash out at anytime. I'm free.
Under the context of the original post it's a gilded cage. You're not free to speak your mind because if you lose your income behind doing so the outcome will be a severe hardship. Lots of racists have found that out the hard way.

You talking crazy homie. That's $200000 in net worth. You got a $100000 house in the hood surrounded by violence, gangs, and drugs? Bars on the doors and windows and you think you are free? Say the wrong shit and you get shot quick. That's poor man's logic and a bad investment. You need to read a few more books. You hustling backwards.

I'll go with your scenario. You either paid off your house so you got $200k in net worth or your house is worth way more than that and you paid enough into it to get that much out of it and not be underwater when you're forced to sell it before you default on the mortgage. Like I said we're talking about the original post. If you got a mortgage on a home worth that much you ain't talking sideways on social media or at the job. You can't afford to.

You can tell people but you can't get them to listen. It's about building wealth and you talking about preparing yourself for when you get fired for speaking your mind. So, I agree. I am off topic, my bad. But I don't get paid to share my political views and damn sure don't want to hear them from the people that I manage. So I going to exit this post and let you continue to inform dudes on how to prepare to get fired.

I answered 'fear because of employment' and 'not afraid.' Not hypocritical, just business sense. I'm not an employee, but I don't want to jeopardize my businesses by dropping pearls on swine. So publicly, I stay out of politics and religion. No tweets or facebook posts, strictly fucking business-related topics.

I don't get along with SJWs. Don't get along with conservatives. So I'm at big risk regardless. Once politics and religion is removed, it's easy to take money from either side.

Talk my shit on BGOL and move on.

Most cacs know that black people are going to vote Democrat & know we don't have a positive view about Trump.

Coons will proudly let everyone know they support Trump.

The black people who are more afraid to express their views are the ones who don't support either parties & decided they're not voting.

My girl is not voting for Biden or Trump. She's an AKA like Kamala and all her sorority sisters get in a group text supporting Kamala & Biden. She told me she haven't responded to the texts because she knows it will get uncomfortable if she says she's not supporting Kamala and Biden.

It's about time, place and context.

IMO there's no need for a trump supporter to wear a maga hat to Safeway. The clerk scanning your pizza bagels doesn't need to know who you're voting for.

Likewise, then you picking the kids up from school the PTA doesn't need to know you're voting Biden in 2020 so no need for that bumper sticker either.

 When did these rules start though? I'm old as fuck(mid-40s). So I've seen a few elections in my time. Never were people afraid to wear political gear or put bumper stickers on their cars. People just too entitled and hyper-emotional. Pumped up from their respective bubble worlds and looking to start shit.

Think about where we are right now. On BGOL. No trans shit or gay shit to be posted here. Does that mean members HATE gay or trans people or are against rights for those folks? Of course not. But if a SJW knew you were a member here, they'd try to ruin you and claim you were a homophobic and transphobic. Who is the employer of dannyblueeyes!!?!?!? Explain yourself. He is a member of a hate site.

See how folks make dumb leap after dumb leap? And every member here should be clear that SJW would classify this has a hate site. Ain't much context in 2020 man.

There's no rule against it. Everyone is entitled to display their opinion any way they want, but just because you can doesn't mean it's a good idea. Especially when things are as polarized as they are now.

IMO, bringing up politics at the wrong time is just bad social etiquette. It's also one of the more negative American stereotypes.

I'm not that much younger than you and at this point in my life I care far more about a person's character than their political stance.

If SJWs have a problem with BGOL let them come at me. I just started a radio show so it's only a matter of time anyway. As far as anti-gay shit goes being on this board is far from the worst or most public thing I've done.

While you're a bit of a troglydite, I thought we get along fine!

I think I should have voted "I am afraid sharing my views could affect my employment." Props to @cold-n-cocky for being the only person of the first 28 votes to acknowledge apprehension. If I could just tweet my thoughts, I probably wouldn't find myself reacting in BGOL threads so often.

I think voting both in that case is probably masculine pride getting in the way of the one true answer.

In this climate, the wrong time is determined by whether or not the extremists agrees with your opinion. We are in witch trial times man.

You mention your radio show. I can tell you what is LIKELY to happen if you engage in political discourse. Someone -- 99 percent chance from the far left -- is going to tell you what you are thinking and what you mean. You ain't going to mean what they say, but they will fucking tell you that's what you mean.

You might not even be thinking of the shit they talking. Don't matter.

And that's the problem. Not only are people being attacked for what they believe. They are being attacked for what they are accused of believing. :smh:

It's not masculine pride, but I see how you might see it that way. For the most part, your opinions aren't popular around these parts. You get attacked. It still doesn't phase you. Most people ain't built like that. They tend to test the water and go with the flow. They will speak true mind behind closed doors.

Myself, I speak my fucking mind, but business is business. So on this board, I occasionally catch shit for not going with the flow. But facts are facts even if they interfere with what I would like to be the truth. I know as humans we are all bias, but I try my hardest to OBJECTIVELY apply my beliefs. So I do need to truly check 2 boxes. Outside of my money, I ain't biting my tongue.

Objective analysis isn't welcome these days. :smh:

It's a mix show. I don't talk politics on it because I'm trying to create a space for people to get away from all of that. however, once you get a bit of fame people start checking your backstory to see if they can take you down a notch. Look what happened to Tariq.

Fortunately, years of bgol have thickened my skin to the point that a gunshot feels like a mosquito bite. I also have to gift of turning "go fuck yourself" into "a private display of masculine prowess".

That said, I think that mega hats look like the cherry on an asshole sundae the Biden 2020 stickers look like somebody's grandfather trying to be woke. I'd rather know what someone believes then who they support.
