This play is not on Cowing. He wasn't even the intended target. From start to finish Brock Purdy fucked this play.

Warner and greenlaw are terrible blitzers we need to stop sending them
Check downs on soft coverage and Jack Jones penalties kept them alive all game

I guess John Lynch was like "yeah he's dumber than a box of rocks.....so lets just trade for a better D-tackle"
Lynch never should've traded Buckner away to begin with, but it is what it is
