If the Broncos give us their 1st rounder (#31 pick), I say we need to pull the trigger & trade Kap

I'm glad we resigned my boy Ian Williams. He put in work in the middle. The line is looking good once again.

Guys we been rocking together for years now, I been complaining since things went south with Harbaugh and Baalke after the 2014 season... The Tomsula , Geep Chryst , Mangini thing was a joke, Baalke Loving Gabbert is a joke... Having 63 million dollars and watching some of the best available talent the league has to offer, walk on bye, might just be the last hee haw for... I'm gonna sleep on this weekend and I'll let y'all know Monday, but I'm ready to move on from the 49ers... I can't take the bullshit anymore.... Living here in New York seeing Jerry Reese sling that cash and watch, the Giants will be better for it This Year.. I dunno man Ima do some soul searching

Jerry Reese is on the hot seat, so he's spending money cause his job depends on it. Desperation never works when it comes to team building. You see all the teams that are spending. The stable franchises (Packers, Patriots, Ravens, etc) aren't concerned with winning free agency. Looking at that free agent list, I didnt see a ton of guys worth trying to obtain. Baalke needs to do a better job in the draft, stop getting cute, and chill with all the fuckin redshirt draft picks.
Janoris Jenkins Faniliarity with the teams in our division coupled with his skillset made him very valuable... Jenkins and Bruce Irvin should be Niners period... Hiring a racist to be headcoach when you have a black quarterback is an insult to Kaepernick... They shoulda hired Hue... Fuck the 49ers

So like I said before the beginning of the 2014 Season, this might just be the biggest money grab in the history of pro sports... They don't have to spend the 55 million, as long as between 2013 and 2017 they spend 89% they're within the rules of the CBA, but it's never been done or enforced since the CBA is still fairly new, so they can keep the money Now and worry about it later... He was on the broncos and was a pro bowl guard in the zone blocking scheme which is the scheme we run. He was good enough to get 6 million a year from the jags and then they changed coaches and switched to power blocking.. which means he struggled.
I like the pickup. he was a pro bowler in the zone and we run the zone.
as far as everything else goes all is quiet im glad we locked up ian though and clearly we just didn't want boone back.

I disagree with both. Jenkins just isn't that good to me man. I might be alone in this but he was never a difference maker as a db he had a beast ass defensive line and he would still get burnt.
Irvin is a 4-3 linebacker and we not switching so he's just not a natural fit.

Jenkins is a big play/bad play corner. I think the Giants overpaid for him. I would've preferred Hayward. Beadles is an upgrade, but that ain't saying much.

Hopefully the coaches know what they're doing because Johnson on the outside is a lockdown corner. in the slot is not where he belongs. get him on the outside and that 6ft 2 with long arms and 4.4 40 shines. he was shutting julio and calvin johnson done once they finally gave him a chance

my problem with baalke is strictly free agency though. as far as the draft i have no complaints. he always finds at least 2 or 3 picks that HIT. and no other team can really say that. and by hit i mean HIT.

Martin has been a HUGE disappointment so far but there's still lots of hope for him because he's only 22 years old....he's nowhere NEAR as strong as he is going to be. he hasn't even developed into his body yet. only 22 with 20 years in the nfl already.

to be a little fair. not a lot just a little. baalke has drafted some talent but the talent has to actually be used right. nobody can't convince me that bruce ellington shouldn't be the most dangerous slot receiver in the league. and now we'll finally see what a 4.3 40 running wr can do on the field lol

It's a wait & see approach with Chip
I think he is a good coach (better than the last coach Tomsula, & Mike Singletary)
He knows his shit, as far as X's and O's are concerned
But he's just not a good GM
So as long as he doesn't have final say in drafting, cutting players, etc, we should be okay
The one bad side is that the 49ers & Chip, will have to prove themselves as playoff contenders before free agents trust him enough to sign here

I don't understand,how anyone can get upset about Kap not wanting a pay cut...I hate when people use the whole Superbowl argument,because there is no guaranteeing we will get back there and win it again.On top of that,we don't even have depth at both safety positions,something we had last year and on top of that the Steelers and Patriots have gotten better,so the whole Superbowl argument is ridiculous.
