1st team d did their thing. still missing people out there as well. but the middle was stout again soon as williams and smith came in.

they picked on whihote not willis

and picked on the side dahl was covering

so im happy.

offensively we switched it up. long developing plays they wouldn't block

we changed it and we moved the ball.

we just need our line back.

im happy.

Yup, just give him some room. that's it, the line wasn't opening any lanes but all he needs is a little and he'll take a lot.

i also believe that our offense will look way different with game plans

but blocking in general is troubling

we get davis back so there is only 1 weak point. we need boone back and we can go ahead and shut everybody up

We spent so much time evaluating Scott Tolzein & Colt Mccoy
The coaches hardly got a chance to see the WR's in game, until the regular season
SMH @ the coaches thinking that Kyle Williams, Marlon Moore & Jon Baldwin was going to cut it


I am sooooo sick of seeing Gabbert
The coaches are giving him easy passes, just to make him look good, & to justify giving him the #2 QB spot

i believe the chemistry he has with boldin crab and davis is already perfect.

he needs to get in sync with stevie
more gore more hyde more power our offensive will be great as long as we aren't cute and we sign boone to play with davis.

defensively we're fine. chargers just like the other teams did nothing to the outside, just over the middle and always in whatever area willis wasn't or where dahl was filling in for bathea so im not worried about that

the line looked different with ian and justin, nothing in the middle.

the outside bounces were to bowman's side, and whihote i don't know if he'll clean it up like willis can and does or bowman did so there's a question there.

the example of ball hawk was on display, culliver over the middle.. throw the ball he didn't let him catch it. it wasn't a great throw but it was a good enough for a big completion that didn't happen

yea but that's what we need. dudes that care out there. he fucked up not looking on 1 play, made up for it on another

and vance is looking like we made the right choice drafting him

all it took was a year of growing pains and now he's out there being effective as a pass catcher.

all we need to do is give kap the time and it's a wrap.

So far so good with Jimmy Ward on that play
On a side note...
Aaron Lynch again setting up the play with the deflection!!
I've been impressed with Lynch most of this preseason, more so than Corey Lemonier.

Lynch is a 2 playing against 3's he's a damn man. wait till he gets the mental side, he's going to get reps.

Ward is playing every position if you peep. he's playing slot with the 1's and safety with the back ups. dude is going to be the utility man.

Lynch hit the QB's arm to cause that incompletion (kinda looked like a fumble)
Corey almost had the sack though

Edit: Lynch also had a couple of batted passes this game
And some QB pressures

long as they meet at the qb I'm happy :lol:

but do you see what i mean about our depth?

we played MORE people, our people aren't tired, our 2nd levels are better than other teams but they're not 1st teamers for a reason.

playing with their peer groups we look like we look. we just need to sure up the other lb position and our defense is ready, the outside has been on lock entire preseason and brock hasn't even played much.

NOW

offensively just get the starters back to open up them lanes and give kap some actual time, then we can do what we want.

We may be in a tight 3 team race in the NFC West

I hate to say this but.... the Seahawks look pretty good so far
Not sure how much the new defensive holding rules are going to effect them

hawks always look good in the preseason.

we just play each other tough it's simple as that.

Arizona suffered losses on defense, they lost dansby and just lost dockett so that lb core is going to be in trouble.

offensively, as long as palmer is the starter i feel ok.
 
Carson Palmer will always make a bonehead play every game
He's good for at least 1 pick a game
But he can still put up numbers though
Fitz & Floyd will bail him out, on most of those bad passes
I think the Cards will be a 10+ win team again this year
