I went back and rewatched the game. I know we talked about him going to Kittle. It was the right read and Kittle was open. He just threw it flat. He puts arc on the ball and Kittle has a nice catch and run.

In any event, we clearly see his potential. He's not afraid to push the ball down field to his WR's. He has me excited for the future.

And thats the difference between Garoppolo and Lance

If Lance continues to start, & the 49ers make it into the playoffs

I just can't listen to the likes of Dan Orlovsky and JT O'Sullivan critique QB play, when they were horrible. Not knocking their hustle, but I just can't do it.

I like how Trey sees the field and knows there are opportunities down the field. We all know on this play Jimmy would have quickly thrown it short. There were a bunch of plays on Sunday where Jimmy would have taken the short throw.

My biggest takeaway was the pass to Aiyuk in the end zone. The one where the DB held his arm. Jimmy would have never attempted that pass. But Trey saw the one-on-one matchup and let if fly. If Aiyuk isn't held he makes that catch. We need that type of QB in our lives. It's been missing since our last black QB was under center.

Last week Frank Gore said that the team was TOO CONFIDENT and Cocky going into that Superbowl. I still say that 8/10 times we win that Superbowl easily.
