49ers announcer Tim Ryan suspended over 'dark skin' comment about Lamar Jackson

Did the football color change all of a sudden because he’s not the first black person to do play action fakes with the ball. FOH. Falcons wore all black when Vick was QB. Now all of a sudden the ball is hard to see because it blends in with nigga skin. This is absurd that you got Black people agreeing with that cac.

Apparently this guy has history of saying slick sh*t

Think he went in on Kaep too

His predecessor attacked ray rice wife

C'mon Bruh. The guy clearly outlines the variables in play. The uniform, the ball color and the his skin color. The funny thing about your question is that I've been thinking about a time when all three of those things have been in play and I can't think of another time.

That is why I gave the baseball example. Any of you willing to stand near a plate and try to either hit or dodge a close baseball with my 14 year old pitching is welcome to do it. I will tell you this. You better get your affairs in order before you do because you WILL NOT see it coming if he's wearing a white long sleeved shirt. There's a reason they don't allow it. That fraction of a fraction will determine whether he hits you in the head/face. If you miss seeing the ball you will either need surgery or a casket.

No pass for the guy. Just logic. Call it Devil's Advocacy. The topic is camouflage and it's advantages/disadvantages. It may have been a stretch but there's no malice involved. Unless we've suddenly become cuddly because someone mentions dark skin. Black skin, for the most part, is darker than a football. Footballs aren't that dark. Maybe THAT should have been the counterargument.

Cac was basically diminishing the brothas skill. Lamar is not the first dark skinned QB,as a matter of FACT Vick,Teddy B, and Doug Will are darker than him. And not even better,so that destroys the cacs entire comment. Though I do not think his comment is racist

Stephen A. Smith Speaks Out On Suspension Of White Sports Analyst Who Made Offhand Comment About Black Player’s Skin Tone

Now, players from the 49ers and even ESPN analyst Stephen A. Smith have jumped to Ryan’s defense, with many telling the media on Thursday and Friday that the commenter shouldn't be punished for the comments.
“The apology, to me, is because he got suspended. If he didn't get suspended the likelihood is that he would not have apologized. So it really doesn’t mean anything to me. But I don't believe that he should be fired because of it,” Smith said on his show First Take.
