it is very easy to find reasons not to swing. it's ok. as i've been saying all along, the primary reasons are usually insecurity & immaturity.
if you have any sense about you, the health aspect is already a consideration anyway, so it does not change anything really. if there are any doubts, you should never do anything you don't want to do, or are not interested in doing.
