So, after looking at the map of the area, they have a driveway and garage, however it appears they used 2 spaces directly in front of the home for parking....

Directly across the street is a smaller parking area on the shooters property, not a tree lawn.

EVEN THOUGH he has a 2 car driveway and garage. The couple putting their snow in his parking area was the last straw.
