3 Pennsylvania neighbors dead after fight over snow shoveling

That lady died a horrible death. She was one tough ornery bitch tho.

stupid bitches tend to be tough

Tree lawn. That's some ohio shit. Everyone calls it something else but we call it a tree lawn

What is a tree lawn

Ok. So who's the third death? He will get manslaughter because he went back in to get another hammer. Good on him. They look white to me.+why so angry?

Manslaughter?? Man that’s murder 1 all day long.... he INTENDED to cause death...which is clear when he went and got another gun

Yep. Dude woulda got off in white court but he was like EH! I had a good run and went out like a G!

Got off how? Did we watch the same video?

he missed most of them.
The first few he did..the others he didn’t.. watch her bloody her face get when he hit her like 2/3 times close range.. you can tell those were diff than the first 3 that hit her body.. female Jason endurance so great people think ole boy missed or the guns were weak.. nah ms voorhies just come from a bloodline of the unwillingness to die... lil tommy was about to pop up with the machete and hit her face countless of times going die, die , die

Lmaoooo hey they assaulted him first, he was defending himself and depending on the stand your ground/castle laws there he’d be ok. Plus he white. But he said fuck it, went out like Jesse James

In Pennsylvania, any person “has no duty to retreat and has the right to stand his ground and use force, including deadly force if . . . (he) believes it is immediately necessary to do so to protect himself against death, serious bodily injury, kidnapping, or sexual intercourse by force or threat.” See 18 Pa

Pennsylvania is not one of the states that have stand your ground laws, but the state does follow the castle doctrine, which shares similar traits. This law allows you to use force without first having to retreat from imminent danger if you're at home, in your car, or at your workplace.Jan 17, 2018

My man tossed a shovel at him first. There you go.

What is a tree lawn
A tree lawn is the short part of grass in front of the house. In Cleveland, this is the area where they plant trees when building the neighborhood

Ironically, and unfortunately, the home owners are responsible for taking care of the tree lawn, but in my neighborhood the city pruned the trees

So like 80%?
damn near.

according to this 29 year study the national average is 79%.

so 79% of people who were killed by fire arms in the US from 1981 til 2010 were shot by someone who knew them.

I’m in the 21%

Damn... that was brutal.

I'll never understand why people still confront someone walking at them w/ a firearm.
They so used to dissing that dude that the reality of what was happening couldn't overtake their perception of him....if they ran off, one of them would be alive today and its possible he might not have killed the other one with that small caliber ....or maybe it aint the first time he pulled a pistol on them as somebody here said...poor situational awareness would be an understatement

Seriously, once you see gun the fight’s over!

But they thought he was a pussy, and he showed them he was about that action.

They just didn’t think dude would shoot them over an argument about snow, but he was tired of it and tired of them.

He did go out like a pussy by shooting himself though, but they didn’t stick around to see it

Yeah, I agree. Both the husband and wife were so vulgar and aggressive. I bet they been talking shit to dude forever and he was just done!

Probably went in the house after and hated himself for letting them get the best of him and blew his own brains out:smh:

LOL....not even close. Once he went inside he was safe. There is no reasonable belief of imminent blah, blah, blah because he was INSIDE HIS HOUSE. Second, he came back out with a gun and they were unarmed. They were talking plenty shit but didn’t make any threatening moves and they weren’t even on his property. They were in the street. The street. Murder all day long.

And they continued to threaten him, and told him they were gonna make him miserable there!

It just wasn’t his day to be fucked with, he was tired of being picked on.

He knew he fucked up and didn’t want to deal with the consequences. It’s just crazy. :smh:

Unless that shovel grew legs and hopped up and started beating him, then it wasn’t self defense.

He went in the house, grabbed a gun and murdered them. They weren’t even advancing towards him when shot them.

Regardless of how you feel, the law is the law. And on top if that, dude grabbed a 2nd gun, after he had time to "cool down". That being said, they brought that shit on themselves, but yes, this is murder all day. When he came back, that killed the "I snapped" defense.

He came back with that second weapon because he knew he couldn't aim right. Momma told him always finish what you started. lol
