I'm a Pac fan and have always said he wasn't built like that especially the way people hype him up.
That being said there is a lot of misinformation in that clip.
For one its been confirmed that he was shot 5 times and the report of him being shot 5 times came directly from the NYPD.
I think the only possible dispute of this would be whether he was hit 5 times vs shot 5 times since one bullet (believed to be the time he shot himself) 8s reported to have gone through his groin and then into his leg. So you could technically make the argument he was shot 4 times and hit 5 times.
As far as his marksmanship its been well documented that he was trained as a shooter which was proven when he shot the unarmed police officers which was done from long range.
Now if we're saying he isn't a shooter as in not a killer and not going to bust his gun like a street dude I'd totally agree.

I don't care if he was tough or not. He made music that stood the test of time and he shot two cracka ass cops that were harassing a black man and walked away a free man.
