25 sentences that will teach you more than a $80,000 nutrition degree

If you sit for more than 11 hours a day, there's a 50% chance you'll die within the next 3 years.

Laziness and inactivity kills just as many people as smoking.

Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.

Drink green tea and plenty of water. Eat blueberries, broccoli, and almonds.

Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a college kid with a maxed out charge card.

Everything you said I pretty much incorporate along with working out 4-5 days a week. I been a gym rat for almost 20 years now.

After doing some research years back I stopped with the heavy breakfast. My breakfast for the past 12+ years is oatmeal with blueberries & a mixture of other fruits with a side of egg whites.

Some days I skip the oatmeal & make a smoothie that consists of beats, spinach, watermelon, frozen banana & a pich of honey. That's my natural viagra.

This will get overlooked, but your list is far better than that 25 sentences list. The big breakfast isn't necessary though. If you want to live past 100, follow your list. If you want to die at 60, follow the OP list.

He has bad advice:

Yea when I read number 13 on the list.. I was like dude is a meat lover.... I do agree with a majority of the list but

Not factual. It's a myth creatine causes kidney damage. Creatine is one of the most studied supplements and it does not cause liver damage, kidney damage or even kidney stones.
Your source must be Twitter.

"Even recommended doses of creatine monohydrate supplementation may cause kidney damage; therefore, anybody using this supplement should be warned about this possible side effect, and their renal functions should be monitored regularly."

This will kill so many people...

If the information doesn't come from a cited source or peer reviewed journal article, save your breath....

How about my source current your source old.

Today, after > 20 years of research which demonstrates no adverse effects from recommended dosages of creatine supplements on kidney health, unfortunately, this concern persists. While the origin is unknown, the connection between creatine supplementation and kidney damage/renal dysfunction could be traced back to two things: a poor understanding of creatine and creatinine metabolism and a case study published in 1998.

There are so many legitimate studies on this it is surprising you would pull a 2011 study based on one case out your ass as evidence I could literally lay out 20 real peer reviewed studies. I'm actually educated I actually have books I actually know how to research.

Fam, you don't know how to research. There aren't enough studies to determine if it's safe for long-term use or if it's safe for people with pre-existing kidney diseases. It's only been determined to be safe for people who are already healthy and who take it for less than 4 months. Someone will listen to that idiot trying to sell supplements and die after a year of taking that shit.

My source is from 2023. Yours is from 2021. Keep up with that research.

"Although creatine is one of the most studied dietary supplements, relevant gaps exist around its possible effects on kidney function. For instance, there is a scant amount of long-term studies (>16 weeks) evaluating the impact of creatine supplementation on kidney health, particularly using accurate measures. There is also very limited evidence that creatine supplementation is safe for those with pre-existing kidney diseases, a very important limitation in the literature."
