I've been working in the healthcare field all my life....

Hell health literacy is major problem people don't talk about.....If you don't write the information at a 6th grade level, the information will only benefit a few...

Where you live is just one area of SDOH....

Well where I went to undergrad. school it was taught and mentioned.....Should be taught more

White foods (except for a few white vegetables) are more unhealthy than their alternates.

For example.... salts, sugars, breads, rice, potatoes, pastas. If any of them are white, you should follow the 3 -"R" rule. Which means you need to Remove, Reduce, or Replace them in your diet.

Also, stop DRINKING calories. Sodas and juices are slow killers.

If you live in the U.S. you normally can choose your cancer. I decided a long time ago it was going to be stomach. I was willing to do throat cancer but I stopped eating random coochies. God I hope these hoes took their HPV vaccine.
