2016-2017 NBA Playoffs is finally here..Spurs vs Dubs (0-4), Cavs vs Celtics(4-1)

Right......:rolleyes2: How many rings do they have between them being that you said rings determines true greatness... Opps you thought that bullshit logic could only be used one way?????

Alot tougher comp back then. The league has regressed. Hell, give me a prime Kidd, Kittles, RJ, K-Mart, and Van Horn and diamonds would be dancing all over my fingers in this weak era.

Even though Cleveland will win the next two most likely by large margins im Pissed Ty Lue didn't call time out and go for a weird deflection tip in I mean what the fuck you have to lose try to deflect some shit from the 3 point line to Tristan ain't nobody expecting that

There's was some other shit I didn't like but that's just me...

No deep Fyre...(but this been the case against Boston since game 1)

I never like when Love have it going like this...I rather him with the mix and match...

This game reminds me of the two games they lost to the Raptors last year where they appeared to sleep walk and have no energy at all...

You guard the 3pt line in two games blow them out...

You didn't guard it with great detail and u lose in a buzzer beater...

Lue and his celtics roots (wink)

Funny how folks really think it was the Celtic defense that held LeBron, I guess they were defending him from the free throw line where he shot at 50% similar to the regular season when the Cavs was sleepwalking... This is after he was shooting nearly 80% in the playoffs when he was locked in...

Wtf, Boston won? Wow, went to bed thinking they had no chance. LeBron with 11 points.....

PLus the teams that Laker team beat was some of the worst NBA final teams ever...
But that Orlando team beat Cleveland, the number one seed with home court advantage.

Edit: oh, you're talking about the Lakers threepeat team. Yeah, those teams were not as good as the teams the lakers beat on their way to the finals. However, those East teams did beat some formidable opponents in the East.

Another difference between the Cavs and the Warriors, though they both put up similar numbers when they are on, the Cavs set up their outside shooting from driving to the rim, while the Dubs inside game is set up by their outside shooting...
This is why the Cavs outside shooting falls off dramatically when LeBron stops attacking the rim, which is exactly what happen during the 2nd half of this game..

Dubs play defense that's the difference so can get out of jams when their shots not falling.. Cavs don't play defense..

Yep... LeBron out there point shavin....

Stop it. No you're not gonna do this. Give Boston credit. They shut his bitch ass down. Crowder and Horford put the blueprint out there. He wasnt shaving, he folded under the pressure. A true bitch. Have you ever seen Kobe, MJ, AI, or even Duncan play that bad? No you havent. :smh:

The free throw disparity was crazy for last nights game too... give credit to the smeltrics they earned that win.. and now if they believe they can win this series might get interesting

Yo my boy Skip bout to go in on Undisputed today.

"Shannon, your "The King Of Akron", folded against a lousy Celtic team without their star player. And people have the gall to compare him to MJ who I rank only behind Tom Brady, who never folded in a playoff? C'mon!!!"

The Cavs play defense when they are playing good, but with them its all energy... With the Warriors the key to their defense is that they usually don't have to double team, vs LeBron and Irving gives them all types of fits because players like Green and Curry are forced to stay at home with their man instead of being able to float around like a free safety, they are vulnerable towards teams who have athletic dribble perpetrators rim attackers especially if they are able to pass the ball once they collapse the paint you can see that when Kawhi was healthy. With the Cavs there is not one player you can sag off and help out in the paint, something that the Warriors had difficulty doing last year and even in the Christmas game this season.

That Cav team was basically this years Brooklyn Nets with LeBron on it..

I knew you would use the rest of the team as an excuse as to why Cleveland lost to Orlando that year.
You should due to the fact that, that very same Cavs team wind up being the worst team in the NBA four years in a row right after LeBron left, and this was even with Irving and Thompson there..

Bron played small that series. This wasnt a MJ going up against the Celtics in the 80s scenario. Jordan wouldnt've lost to Michael Pietrus.
They lost because they had no real centers and was forced to double up on Howard leaving the outside shooters open for wide open three's, however when the Magic went up against the Lakers, L.A. had two centers who could match up one on one vs Howard allowing everyone else to stay at home vs the shooters, this threw the Magic offense way out of sync..
This is why its important to know and understand the game and how teams match up vs each other as opposed to being fooled into thinking championships are won single handed by individuals.. Only dumb people and folks who never played the sport believe in that bullshit!

That's besides the point though. The best team in the East, lost to a team that LA beat in the finals. That's what we're talking about right? Not who was on what team. So whose fault is it that LA played horrible teams? Certainly not theirs. Maybe LeBron should have elevated his teammates like he did the whole season, which got them home court and the best record. Then maybe they wouldn't have lost to a team that you consider one of the worse to play in the finals. What does that say about the Cavs.

When the Cavs lose, blame everyone but LeBron
They win, LeBron carried them.

He also lost to an OKC team that the Lakers manhandled in 2012.
