Stockton was a system player, one trick pony, and played his entire career with a 50 great post player in the era of inside out ball. Payton was a stud, but Paul is a superior leader, passer, shooter, rebounder, and equal overall defender.
You've clearly never seen Kyrie play.
They may have been great players, but Kyrie is probably the most offensively skilled basketball player outside of maybe 3 four people, and even that is debatable.
He'll improve as a leader, and then run off about three to four straight MVPS.
