I dont see KD going to Golden State to play the Harrison Barnes role. They already got 2 max contracts and bout to hand out another to Steph next year. Someone would have to take a serious paycut.

Nah Harrison Barnes plays that role because that's all he can actually do. If he could do more he'd do more. Look at Green... getting triple doubles and shit look at klay when he's on he gets his and nobody cares about their stats. when curry is on everyone feeds. Its the perfect system for KD because he can run pick and roll with draymond or even steph...and who do you guard? or he could just come off screens as a 6'11 dude and pop midrange jumpers all night and he's always been an efficient shooter so getting KD 18 shots a game is almost a guaranteed 24 points and consider the nights he's on he's going to get as many shots as he wants.. this is the team that lets klay thompson explode for 20+ quarters any time he's actually feeling it.

Well I think if it comes down to KD or Barnes Barnes is gone. I think if Barnes asks for TT level money he's gone. Barnes just missed a month of ball and the warriors didn't miss a beat. The thing about the offense is, it's flowing. You get the best shot and you take it and if you're on fire you're going to get the rock.
KD on the warriors would be even deadlier than he is now because he wouldn't have to work to get a shot ever. Either green would set him up. He could run pick and roll with steph curry or you can just run off screens and then hit that midrange jumper plus you have the green light to pull up if you want to.

So I understand and not even mad, but I like basketball man. KD going to GS with the same squad minus Barns is going to be painful in a good way. While I don't hate anyone on GS, I like watching teams come up. Now if Carolina do the same as GS, then I'll be singing a different tune that I am now, lol.

But I get it man. GS has a lot of players I liked over the years. Don Nelson showed us many years ago, when yall put the Mavs out in the first round that small ball was the future. 2014 SA really brought it back to full force and now GS has the personnel to perfect it for the long haul. It's the same that Cam Newton has done for the Panthers and NFL. Hybrid QBs like Wilson, Newton, and Bridgwater are the future for the league. It's a tough pill to swallow. I like the old NBA. It's what I know. I enjoyed watching hard nose basketball that ended up with a score of 87-80. I enjoyed watching talented big men dominate smaller guys. Now it's leaving. Guys like Towns and Turner seems like the last remaining Jedi of big men that is coming up.
