That's the thing... and I remember last year the hype was 'This was Jacksons team' etc, but Kerr really evolved this team beyond what Mark did. No slight on Mark because he helped develop to a point all these players, but they FLOURISHED more under Kerr. Even defensively, the schemes they run will never allow any one guy to be over worked, etc. The way they switch off, guard areas, etc is beautiful. They give up a lot of points, but its primarily due to the fact that the tempo they play with creates opportunities for the other team.Just gotta man he work on the other end and hopes that affect his offense to a point...

Curry is a great shooter but is also a product of his system... To contain him you have to first prevent dribble penetration, this minimizes the need to double up or
collapse, the problem most teams have with their system is that when you go big they beat you with speed forcing them to collapse and rotate, then when you go small and fast they kill you with the rebounds... In order to match up and contain Curry you have to have guards who can prevent him from dribble penetrating, passing the ball then getting lost in the rotation... Yet you have to be tall enough to alter his shot and big enough to get the rebounds...
Most teams do not have the personnel to match up vs the Warriors and Curry, this is why I pay close attention to them when they play teams that can..
Like I said the Spurs and the Cavs match up very well, they have depth, good defenders on the perimiter, they prevent dribble penetration, have guards who can play both sides of the court, and with the Cavs they have a added bonus they have enough guards to wear down both Curry and Thompson, just remember last game Curry coun't hit a jump shot, and this was with a Irving who was not up to speed and Shumpert not playing..So what team can do this???![]()

I think if they keep rotating Irving with Delly and JR with Shumpert every 14 mins telling them to go full speed for that time, it would be hard for Curry and Thompson to score big numbers...
Matter of fact you saw it work last year with only Delly and he was doing his thing until he got dehydrated and was hospitalized... But that's how you do it...
Then Irving and Delly will eat him up like lunch time in fifth grade... With the Spurs it depends on the legs of Parker...All im saying is no they dont; Steph will not spend any energy on defense playing the Cavs or Spurs; next..

No I said if Steph decides not to play defense he would get ate up... One thing you should know is that if you don't play defense and hustle hard, both Irving and Delly will capitalize... Shit Delly did that shit last year by himself before he got injured, and when Irving is on his game, he is just as good as a player as Steph...Did you just say Irving and Delly are gonna eat Steph up like lunch,...Im out I cant do this tonight with you bro, I cant...

You was the one talking that wild shit, how Steph wont have to play hard on defense vs Kyrie and Delly... I just called you out on it...You trying to suck me in Im not gonna let you do it![]()
Irving, possibly at times, but DELLY THOUGH!?!?!?Did you just say Irving and Delly are gonna eat Steph up like lunch,...Im out I cant do this tonight with you bro, I cant...
Irving will work him with his offense and Delly hustles so much that Steph is going to have expend so much energy just keeping up with him... Again Delly did it by himself last year on injured team, and was getting the best of Steph until he was hospitalized... This goes to show how much energy Delly puts out....Irving, possibly at times, but DELLY THOUGH!?!?!?![]()

Second night in a row for you Fam!Dude you do realize that Delly has no offense game; You do realize that right; Dude is below average player; He just hustles and thats it; The fact that you think Steph would have to work on Defense guarding Delly shows me you really are ridiculous at times...
Delly has a nice offensive game, offensie is not just scoring, Delly has a very good outside shot, he knows how to set up his man in the paint, he is a gritty rebounder but the way he makes your burn energy is by his hustle and his physical play... The only thing about Delly is that like JR Smith and Shumpert, he can only play at this level for about 12 mins strait tops, anything after that he tends to tail off...Dude you do realize that Delly has no offense game; You do realize that right; Dude is below average player; He just hustles and thats it; The fact that you think Steph would have to work on Defense guarding Delly shows me you really are ridiculous at times...
Ok question, if Delly is so wack, why is it he owned Steph last year in the finals before he was hospitalized?i know right

Trying to emoji your ass out the question.. Nice touch....
Now how many of those point were scored while Delly was in the game... Rember Curry scores in bunches and during games two and three he scored just about all his points during the end of the 3rd start of the 4th when Delly was on the bench.... Game 5 his only monster game was right after Delly was hospitalized...26pts Game 1
19pts Game 2
27pts Game 3
22pts Game 4
37pts Game 5
25pts Game 6
But yet this ninja RR said Steph was owned; Dude and Im not going to even bring up +- and and other #s; listen Please stop...

No one will stop Steph but I say holding him to 22, 19 and 25 is pretty much containing him... Remember they gave A.I. the MVP for holding James to only 32 points and scoring 25..
This year they are going to need a lot more than that from Steph and to make matter worse he is going to have to do it against both Delly and Irving...
