2015 - 2016 NBA Thread - NBA where amazing happens - all rookie team named!!!

Yo one thing I notice about Curry is when bullshit calls or he can't get any foul calls I never see him bitch or complain.. He just keep it moving to the next play

Like to point out. Gs has yet to play any championship team yet on this run
They're counting last year's game with this year. That's like me saying my Panthers are 16-0 since we won our last 4 regular season games last year.
i see what they doin. Prob counting it like that to hype that game uo

Yeah, he doesn't complain much at all. Ninjas in the league stay crying about something.

Yeah he about the most non complaining ass no technical foul getting ass star I can remember lol

He has had 5 tecs in his career total just looked it up

Yes they have. The Clippers are/were trying. Memphis and the Bulls. These teams are contenders. Granted, they are not looking as good as last year, but they were there in the playoffs going for a run.

Clippers the only team that's locked and loaded . Memphis lost they window, Bulls have no identity.

Spurs, cavs, Mia. In that order are the only contenders to me.

Warriors still cooking. Great effort on Boston part. That championship pedigree is strong with the Warriors. They show their depth tonight. One more East Coast game and they get to go back home.

On another note. The Lakers are absolutely horrible.

Boston been getting luv over the last week.
One article was asking if they're the best in the East.
Also they want the Cavs in the playoff!!!

I could only find two on video and one tech was for hanging on the rim during an Atlanta game where they were up I think 20 pts.

The other tech, Golden State was playing the Warriors and honestly I am not sure what he got called a tech for. He kind of pushed that nappy head scrappy PG for Houston (forgot his name).

Knowing Steph I bet his other three techs were for taunting.

Beverly is the guy from Houston and man that dude is an agitator so he probably got under his skin

And I could see those others being tauting

But maybe not maybe he did yell at a ref

Either way this 5 for a whole career is very very low

His pops probably told him before entering the NBA bickering with the refs won't change a thing

Just do what you can do on the court and live with the results

Miami isnt a contender; them dudes are ok at best; So why have the Cavs and Spurs lost to "non-contenders" but the warriors havent?? Also please tell me why you think the Spurs are beating GS in a 7 game series; I know you dont think Miami and Cavs are so im not even asking

Well for one, the Warriors have not beaten the Spurs in any series nor did they beat the Spurs last regular season. So we solely going based on the assumption, that just because the Warriors are playing better doesn't mean the Spurs are not equipped to be the Warriors in 7. That has yet to be seen. Spurs got a lot more shit to worry about than the Warriors when it comes to playoffs. Plus we have a new playoff format, which really throws a wrench on predictions.

The Warriors haven't lost to anyone, but the other contending team have lost. I don't think that really matters at this point. All three of these teams will be looking to be healthy by playoffs. Warriors are already down two important players. Cavs trying to get players back from last season and Spurs are just trying not to break.

Warriors got something to prove. Spurs don't give a damn about regular season bragging rights. All they care about is playoff positioning and healthiness for the playoffs. Lebron has learned that too. Preservation.

And fr mia, as long as wade on that team they a contender, not for a championship, but jus competition for the Warriors reg season. Wade been to battle and knows what it takes to win, but ain't got the manpower or health for a 7 game series with golden state.

What do the NBA Champions have to prove?

4 titles in 49 years. Only 1 within the last 20+
They have a lot to prove ....
1 title and 1 long reg season streak dont put u in the same boat with the elite franchises.

But yeah.....
Pacers been looking good.
Hornets as well.
Both should make the East playoffs interesting; mainly Pacers tho.

Btw......Warriors have had a SUPER easy/weak schedule thus far.
I honestly dont see them losing until Christmas.
Cavs should be working with a full squad by then.

How is their schedule super easy?

Watch Pop pull that shit he did against the Heat and sit his starters for the Warriors game.

Just to say "fuck you" to the league and to everyone who cares about that game.

Neither of those teams have looked good this year when compared to previous years.
But, i'll give u the Grizzlies.. They usually show up to play more times than not when it counts; during the playoffs.

I say them because they are trying to win a ship and have been.

I can imagine if the Clips would have beat the Warriors earlier this season, then they would have a much different season to date.

They're salty that people were saying they only won because every team the faced had a key injury.

So they work hard in the off-season and now they're shitting on folks

They don't have to prove a thing

They are the champs

That's just silly

All they have to do is keep doing what they are doing

Every other team is chasing them and trying to knock them off their throne

Youre right about this.....
Right now....they can talk that talk. Cause RIGHT NOW..theyre the champs and playing like the best team in the NBA.

But I stand by what i typed. 1 title and 1 streak doesnt mean shit to teams with extensive resumes. So...they still have a lot to prove.

Actually GS beat the Spurs once last year while they lost twice; Last year has nothing to do with this year, nothing; GS is on another level mentally which is the most important level one can be on; Outside of that, Barnes, Festes, Curry, Green have all improved; and Thompson was just finding his grooved; No one on The Spurs have improved except Leonard; It seems like green has regressed somewhat; Spurs have alot of miles on those tires; They not beating GS in a 7 game series if they even play them...
