Yeah, this dude is a huge asset. He is definitely an early candidate for most improved.

He does all the necessary things as a big man.

Yup that depth is getting stronger...fuck Bogut ain't never 100%

I think we would be in for an epic finals if the Cavs and Warriors face off again with bout squads healthy!!!

Top players - 1A & 1B
Top pg - 1 & (2-4)
Top teams - 1 & 2
Deepest team- 1 & 2
Exciting team - 1 & (3-4)

If that's the case GS repeating.. And don't even love and Kyrie to playing in the finals again

He ain't even improved lol they just finally using him. he does the same shit he did last season he just plays more minutes and they not tricking off time with bogut and david lee.

remember the cavs series turned because they sat bogut ass down and put him in and he can run and jump and all that shit with thompson and mosgov which changed everything.

they're doing the logical things to win he makes it all the better because he'll dunk the ball instead of playing with it and the team is so unselfish he doesn't need to command shots, everybody puts up about 10-15 and curry gets his 20.

they're better this year than last year.

no predictions but remember this is the 2nd year in the offense.. so they know this shit inside out now and can play with the lineups more and have an idea about the rotations more.

kerr is at home trying to get baby stem cell's to get better and ge on the bench before luke walton fucks around and has a better record than he did last season

Shit I think this Cavs team would put up a better showing than the finals team... With no Shum, Jr & Irving...

Tha ball handling is here, wing defense would suffer but offense won't look so sluggish...

Cavs need to start involing cumm more...let him blossom

Grizzlies not happy with Clippers' 'childish' tweet on rout by Warriors

Are the Grizzlies overreacting to the Clippers' tweet?
ESPN.com news services
The Grizzlies aren't taking kindly to a tweet sent by the Western Conference-rival Clippers that took a dig at Memphis' rout at the hands of the Golden State Warriors two days earlier.

After the Clippers lost 112-108 at Golden State on Wednesday, the Clippers' Twitter account posted the losing score followed by the hashtag #didntloseby50, referencing the Grizzlies' 119-69 drubbing Monday at Oracle Arena. The tweet was taken down but still lives via screenshots.

"It's childish," guard Courtney Lee told the Memphis Commercial Appeal on Thursday. "We took our 'L' and we kept it moving, right? We lost by 50. We didn't cry over it, and went on to the next one. Apparently, they're holding on to it. That's what they got to do to overshadow their loss. Last time I heard, a loss is a loss. But that's what they do over there."

The employee who sent out the tweet was disciplined but not fired, a team spokesman told the Los Angeles Times.

Tony Allen called for the employee to be fired, similar to when the Houston Rockets fired their social media manager for an inappropriate in-game tweet directed at the Dallas Mavericks in April.

"I've never seen anybody broadcast losing," Allen said. "Who's proud of losing -- whether it's by one, two, three or 50? Enough said."

The Grizzlies will meet the Clippers on Monday in Los Angeles, marking the return of Matt Barnes to the Staples Center. Barnes was acquired in a June trade with the Charlotte Hornets that sent Lance Stephenson to the Los Angeles Clippers.

Have you been watching GS? Have you been watching Curry? Cacs better not dare throw shump, jr , deli doofus or Kyrie at Curry.. That kid on a fuckin mission and nobody can't guard him..

He stretching the fuck out of opposing teams defenses :smh:

Krispy Pringles looks good early on.

He really does. He ain't scared of the big lights and pressure of NYC

Nets look horrible. We need to start Sloan & bring Jack off the bench if we can't get somebody to trade for him like Sacramento for Collison

Depth will play a huge part and The Cavs have none; GS has the best starting unit and the best bench in the league; They stay healthy they will repeat easily; Ive been saying this; Cavs will come out of east because east is trash; And I dont think it will be an epic finals; GS wins in 6!!!!

Lol I do...curry ain't doing nothing new...folks just paying attention earlier this year than last

What other team in the east could possible compete with the warriors when healthy

We can't over look the fact the Cavs playing great ball also...

I mean what other teams would you like to see in the finals

Very quietly Atlanta is doing what they did last season, no one hardly speaks about them on the four letter network because they already have the Cavs penciled in as the Eastern Conference champions..

Not from last year to this year which was my point.
I watch the warriors every night. Have been before they were good. His biggest improvement was from 2 years ago to last season. This year he's just playing more.

Re: 2015-2016 NBA Thread - Training Camp 9/29

How can people say the Cavs have no depth, especially when they are breezing through games with such little effort, with three of their top players not playing.. Right now they are with out their top two outside shooters and their best defender, and yet they are playing as if no one is missing..

Just because Lebron is part of that squad...

No Kyrie, Jr and Shum and Lebron might not be100% and they still playing pretty solid...

That's why it was huge in bringing back Mo...Delly was getting praise on working on his outside shot, but that shit was broke against Chicago one of the reason they lost...dude had plenty of great looks from down town

He ain't doing nothing new? Man he's shooting better than he was last season

What I meant by that was it's not like he added something new...
That ninja was "cheat code" last year...

Anthony Davis shooting 3's is an example of doing something new...too me

I'm not tryin to discredit "Cheat Code" either...

I was saying last year dude was in a pretty good place...

Kevin Love Wasn't The Player LeBron James Expected During First Season

LeBron James had admired Kevin Love's game for years before he called him in 2014 to convince him to join the Cleveland Cavaliers.

James and Love didn't know each other well before the 2012 Olympics and Love initially thought James was joking with him because of how much praise he was being given.

The Cavaliers had pursued a trade for Love over several seasons, but he had no interest in signing long-term until James signed.

The relationship of actually being teammates was not good initially and team officials now conceded James didn't treat Love very well last season.

Love showed up to camp out of shape and wasn't the player James was expecting. Love's legs and back bothered him all season.

Love approached James in Los Angeles before the start of free agency indicating he wanted a bigger role in the Cavaliers' offense, but it wasn't an ultimatum as he had already decided to re-sign.

“More than anything I just wanted to see what he thought about where the team was going and what we wanted to accomplish,” Love said. “It was always ‘we’ or ‘us.’ It was never like, ‘You need to tell me this.’ Never.”

James listened and was prepared to oblige with Love responding by reporting to camp in excellent shape.

James has called Love the focal point of the offense multiple times this season.

Love has a higher usage rate so far this season at 24.2 compared to 21.6 last season.
