High school white kids be PROUD to keep shotguns in they trucks. But a Black kid with a gun all of a sudden needs the SWAT to descend on him.

If you shoot and kill a black person, no matter where they come from (Africa, Carribbean, America), then you should get shot and killed. I wonder if one of the goals of the prosecutor in going that route is because they are hoping Black people take to the streets...seems to be one of the main goals since Trump came back in...I know its not the first time they have done this but I suspect the possibility of Black people taking the streets would be considered a benefit of going this route

I've seen so many people questioned the parents of that young man yet you have white parents give their children guns for Christmas or for their birthday or at least hold a gun and not be questioned about it.
Hell,you had a nine year old white girl accidentally shoot a gun instructor with an uzi at a gun range and people defended the parents for letting their daughter shoot a gun....

I personally think he should've been charged with Manslaughter 1st degree. Proving 1st degree murder is nearly impossible. He left the store with the gun, sure. But unless you have him on video saying "I've been waiting to kill a mfkr."..... 1st degree murder was an overcharge.
If anything Cyrus would've been justified in shooting them after being chased for so damn long...... a 60 yr old man isn't running 130 yards under 30 seconds....

What's crazy is that the Asian and black community had some type of solidarity up until 40 years ago. It seems like the Asian community made the decision to start kissing white people's ass and thumb their noses at us even though "we had their backs".
