Da Bulls will get to the Eastern conference finals and maybe...

Another W. Up 3 games on Mia and 3 1/2 on Bos with 7 games left. The Bulls may end the season with the greatest average point differential in the league. We are currently tied with Mia. Rose killed as usual... 36pts 10ast 3reb and 3blocks.

He better hope his team avoids Philly. That's a team no one wants to see in the playoffs. If you look at their roster from top to bottom, they are loaded w/ talent. How that translates will be seen, but Ive worked about 7 of their games this year and I think they will definitely beat Miami and it's a good chance they can take BOS.

As far as the Bulls are concerned. I really don't forsee much comp in the East.

BOS
The truth about BOS is that they are a jump shooting team! Even with a healthy Shaq, they cannot match the Bulls bigs. Noah showed last year (in the series against Cle) that if you run the court you can neutralize Shaq.

Jermaine O'neal is done and would be the 5th Big on the Bulls Roster (Noah, Boozer, Gibson and Asik are more productive then him).

BOS is a vet team, I cannot deny that. The thing is, the roster that they will roll-out in the playoffs simply has not played at a high level for a consistent period of time.

As good as Rondo is, he's an offensive liability with his FG and FT shooting. Davis is a great player off the bench with his energy but this season has shown that he cannot produce at a high level for prolonged periods. He will have to log 28-32 minutes in the playoffs.

The playoffs are about defense, rebounding and half-court offense. Ray Allen's J is certified and Paul Pierce has a top 5 game in the league (not a top 5 player but has top 5 game). They thing is, the Celts rely on the Jumpshot too much. Their only post scoring threats are Jump shooters.

I really think they are better off playing w/out Shaq as he is a ball stopper and does not pass out of the double as well as he used to. If they try to establish Shaq in the playoffs, this will further hurt them. Their bench is thin and Murphy, Krstic, Green has yet to play at a high level in Bos. To expect them to do so in the playoffs is a stretch! If they land in the two spot, they;ll sweep the Knicks but they will have trouble with the 76ers if they land in 3rd.

The Bulls are a better rebounding and defensive team, have an advantage at the 1 and 5 (the C's have the advantage at the 2 and 3 and the 4 spot is even) and has a better bench. I truly believe that this is a 5 games series, maybe 6.

MIA
The heat may not make it out of the 1st round. I am calling it right now, Philly will beat the heat in a 7 game series. They are better at the most pivotal positions (1 and 5 with Holiday and Brand/Hawes). They are two deep at every positions without a major drop-off at any position.

Holiday/Williams
Meeks/Turner
Hawes/Spieghts
Brand/Young
Igoudala/Nocioni

With Igoudala, Turner, Meeks they actually have a good combination of Athleticism on the wings to challenge Wade/Lebron and force them to take jumpers.

No one wants to admit it but the fact that Lebron and Wade are adrenaline jump shooters! They do not have consistent half court jump shoots. Secondly, the Heat advantage is in the open court and playoff basketball limits open court play.

Also, the heat do not generate enough possessions in the regular season to have Bosh, Wade and Lebron playing at a high level. This will be exemplified in the playoffs were there are fewer possessions. They better hope they get the Knicks in the 1st round because Philly will beat them in a 7 games series.

They only teams I worry about in the playoffs as legitimate comp for the Bulls are the Lakers and OKC (as Westbrook is the only guard in the league that gives Rose trouble defensively).

you full of shit homie and you know it.... MIA beat Philly all 3 times this season by 10+ point margin.. add to the fact now that MIA is starting to develop a half court offense.... A negrodomus you are not.

Very important home game tomorrow. We gotta get this win.

Well we dont have to win. We have the one seed locked up IMO. This is more so of a statement game. Many think the one team the Bulls cant beat in a 7 game series out East are the Celtics. I used to think the same thing until I watched some of their most recent games. Theyve been playing like shit since the All star break...some say its because of the injuries...but I think its something else. The Bulls have been playing like shit also in a sense. The Bulls have the second best record after the break..but a lot of those wins werent good wins. Most of the players admitted to this

If the Celtics came with their best and we didnt I believe they could beat us in a 7 game series...but If the Bulls come with their best I think the tables would turn. I really dont know. Like I stated before....our success in the playoffs will depend on us playing good basketball for a FULL 48 mins, playing good half court offense and Tom Tibby's rotations during the games. We may not meet them at all though. I expect to see some major upset out West and in the East.

I plan to be at the game tomorrow. I was at the last one when Boston came to town. I expect this one to be more exciting though. I may take Cunt Beeii off Iggy if the Bulls Win just to read his excuses. I had to take Nochturnal route and put him on iggy due to all the lame pics and smiley that he post...all that BS loading was freezing up my PC for some reason. :smh:

Go Bulls!!!!!!!!

I agree. Number one seed should be ours. They still have their issues, though. I'm still concerned about their problem of blowing leads but if they can tie this series up, I can't help be feel a little bit more confident that we could beat the Celtics in a 7 game series.

I agree we had what a 19 point lead and after that they just seemed to comfortable. Like they figured well we got this game on lock...

I've noticed that the Bulls show up for national games, and I think that will happen tonight. I don't think the Celts have a chance of winning tonight. I've been waiting for this ass kicking.

The game against Phoenix the other night was ridiculous, tho. They looked like they were sleep walking in the second half like the lost they had against ATL a month ago. :smh:

The Celts have a way of getting up for big games....

They have had many losses against weak teams, but there is something to that Celtic pride thing. And course it could be over-run by a young, hungry Bull squad...

Even tho it looks ruff for them, their rotations are anything but set...and they don't know who's playing center on a given night.Krystic,Jeff Green sometimes look lost...and yes,the interior defense has taken a step back,Rondo had been in somewhat of a funk...

Still...don't count out the old men.

Yeah man I have noticed that to, they get up for the national games but be fucking around like the other night. I understand the Suns are an NBA team but when you are up by 20+ points you should bury at team. Korver be pissing me off, he is not shooting nothing like he was last year with the Jazz. He be having wide open shots and not just three pointers and he be brickin big time.....:smh::smh::smh::smh:

Hopefully they will show up tonight and ball their ass off, I know Rose will.....:yes::yes::yes:

Although the Bulls are leading the east, they can become too lackadaisical. They tend to be like this when they either get big leads or play weaker opponents. They need to correct it asap. I don't think that'll be the case tonight.

More than anything, I want to see their approach in the game tonight. If they get Boozer and Deng going early it could be a long night for the Celts. For y'all to win y'all have to have everything going y'all way. Pierce, Ray, Rondo, Baby, etc all have to have good performances. It's a given that the Bulls bench will out perform the Celts bench. It should be a good game.

It's frustrating. Imo, it's a sign of being a fairly young and inexperienced team. As a Bulls fan we got used to MJ and Scottie going in and taking care of business.

Korver has been cold at times, but I still like to see him continue to shoot. He had a big shot the other night against Phoenix and the last game against the Bucks. He's going to always come up with a big shot. Shooters will go cold but can shoot their way back to relevancy quickly.

I would like to see the Bulls become better finishers around the basket in potential and-one situations. You already know you're not going to make both free throws so make the shot around the basket for an and-one by going strong. I don't know how many times i've seen Taj just fling his arms up without really trying to finish. It's not just him, tho.

They have a lot of areas that need to be worked on.

Also i'd like to ask Tibbs when Butler is going to see any pt? :smh:

To Taj's defense he has actually been playing some good basketball lately. I remember he didnt start heating up/becoming relevant until late last season..hopefully he'll do the same thing this year. he'll be needed.

My main concern is the Bulls half court offense. They seem to play great in transition....but for some reason they dont connect on all cylinders in the half court a lot of times. Some of it can be blamed on inconsistent shooters/scorers...but a lot of times its because Boozer and Noah are clogging up the hole i.e. canceling each other out and not knowing where to position themselves; Hence the reason why Boozer cant really put up the numbers that he does when he plays alone.

Boozer plays great with players like Kurt (who can hit that little 10-15 foot jumper), Taj and Asik for a reason. They can do more than pick ups garbage points in the paint. Theyve used Noah as a low post type of players most of his career here...now he has to change his style up. That aint gonna work when he has played less than 40 games with his new teammate.

Thats why I said time and time again, besides the players being consistent, the big part of our success in the playoffs will be based off the combinations that Tom Tibby puts on the floor. Some of his combinations and plays that he calls while he has certain players on the floors be having me like

....but we cant complain much because we keep finding ways to win. But all that shit aint gonna fly in a 7 game series vs the elite teams.

Things I would like to see tonight.

OFFENSE

Attack the Celtics interior defense. Stop settling for jumpers if your shot is broke. Drive to the hoop.

Push the ball in transition and turn this game into a track meet.

Try to shoot above 80% from the free-throw line. The Bulls would win more close games if they shot better as a team from the line.

DEFENSE

Control the glass on both ends.

Do not cheat or leave off of proven perimeter players on the Celtics. Pierce and Allen must be played one on one.

Push the Celtics around. Do not allow Garnett, Davis, and Kristic get comfortable. Now that their interior is weaker the Bulls need to lay the wood on these guys.

Keep Rondo out of the lane.

X FACTORS

Green and Kristic. Do not know what to expect from them on their new team chemistry wise tonight, but both have shown they are capable. Green could be a problem tonight.

GO BULLS!

Cosign. been waiting for this game for a while. Bout to go to the local watering hole with my D.Rose on and enjoy some nice strong drinks while I become more and more belligerent of a Bulls fan lol Hope we get this one, and why the fuck now. We've been killing everybody. Can't remember the last upper tier team we've lost to. Probably Atlanta if you want to count them a month and a half ago. Gotta love it, plus we're at home and Scottie at half time

Alright this Beeiii vs Chicago shit is played so I propose this:

Chicago wins Beeiii shuts the fuck up until they meet again.

Boston wins.......Beeiii shuts the fuck up until they meet again.

Yes?

Yes?

That shit wont happen. If the Bulls win, itll be all kinds of excuses about why the Cs didnt win. If the Cs win itll be the same ole, same ole from him... Somebody from the Chi beat his ass and took his lady, so hell forever have something to say about the Bulls, Bears, Sox, Cubs, Blackhawks or the city itself. Beeeiii is just an annoying lame, whos main focus is troll and of the whole... Beeeiii an ass...

Yo that ninja D.Rose is nice, I knew it when he was at memphis but got damn this ninja got after burners

I knew Beii was gonna bitch out! He's been talking shit all year. He was gonna hide until the game was over then come and talk shit if Bos would have won! I hope he show's his face before the game is over!
