Actually I was introduced to it by my mom. Sometimes we have some with our dinner. I like the mild taste and it goes with a lot foods. Doesn't leave my chest all sour over acidic as the case with lots of other wines. I do have other wines in the fridge but I tend to like that when I am chilling most of the time.

I never could get with it but it makes a nice white sauce to go with my shrimp and scallops. I could go for a nice warm sake or some plum wine. Now plum wine I could probably drink a whole bottle before I taste the alcohol. I got some blackberry wine that's pretty good too.
