Naw, its a mens 8. I think the conversion rate is one size down for women.
So a women's 9 is a men's 8. Anything lower than that is kids size. You should be able to find an 8 though. Cause thats about a middle school boy size shoe. Most parents ain't up on spending $150 for shoes they're not wearing and the kid who would fit them ain't old enough to work so...
