I think Deron is happy to be in New Jersey over Utah. He may stay after all. They'll be in Brooklyn, and they may also land Dwight Howard. Only if they can keep Deron. I like the move he's trying to turn around that franchise.

I understand your point. It all depends on how well he treats his players. If he does a Dan Gilbert nobody is going to want to play for him. I think this all stems from how the Knicks treated him when he wanted to buy into their organization. So he's a liitle pissed off by it. He still wants to win and he wants to build the Nets into what the Knicks are. How can you hate him for that. He made his first hit he got Deron. If he can keep him and add onto it he can turn the Nets into the Mavs like what Cuban did. If he can win then he can inch closer to an upper echelon franchise. I don't see anything wrong with what he did personally. As far as the Dwight comment maybe but if Kobe is retiring and/or getting close and you have the option to play in Brooklyn with Deron Williams and for sake of an argument Danny Granger I think he would do it.
