We have quite a few pho shops in new orleans. there are more opening up now as i speak. the main place was called pho bang. they closed dow na few shops after the storm and now new ppl made their own spots. My nearest place is called Do son noodle house on canal and carrolton.

I cant decide on which is better out of ramen and pho. the only spot i know to get ramen is lil tokyo on carrolton

I stopped reading the thread after someone started hating on the south as if we're still living in the 1800's...We eat pho down here though. I prefer bun...it's very similiar without the broth...vermicelli pasta, pickled carrots, lettuce, chargrilled chicken, lemon grass, etc...yumm
