Yo real talk HNIC, I have an ock thread over 100 pages. I came at you and you told me to fuck off. Niggas on here have posted my cell number and pretty much had their way with my pic. Now I've taken it like a man ....but now all because 2 females get their feelings hurt shit is different? I've asked you to erase my shit, but you never did... I guess pussy has a double standard.

DaddyWarbucks, you earned it. See the rules. You fell under THREE of the categories. You even posted pictures of yourself in your own ock thread (the one with the girls in your kitchen).
You also gave out your number and personal information when you were touting your real estate offers.

Not every rule on BGOL is written, and much like life, rules are for your guidance only. Many things are judgment calls on the part of HNIC and the Mods.

I don't normally comment in threads like this but observing from the outside, it looks like the days of the ock are over.
One thing I never really understood about BGOL is the amount of saving that goes on for the females on the board. It's as if a lot of guys don't get to interact with women outside of BGOL so they will do anything possible to keep women posting here.
While I've never been apart of the board's "He-man women hater" club, I don't give a fuck if women post here or not and I don't think anyone that interacts with actual women on an everyday basis would disagree.
I don't know what all is going on with this situation but if a female complained because she was ocked and her address or contact information was posted I understand the removal of that information. But if a female was ocked solely from photos, why should it have been removed?
Considering the fact that a lot of females post their own pics here for attention and e-props from the captains, I don't see why they are immune to getting clowned like men that have their pics posted without their permission.

which makes sense because 1. they record you from the squad car 2. people get recorded every time they step outside from traffic cameras, police cameras attached to light poles, Damn near every time you step into any place of business you're being recorded with security equipment...no one consents to any of that.
The police department was really pushing for this silliness to make it illegal to record cops. No sane person would make that a law.

I have given helpful info when it comes to people losing their houses to Foreclosure and Home Mods. I have posted properties on here that were for sale and SOLD 3 HOMES to 3 members on this forum. So like I said before... stop with the bullshit allegations.
Oh and why we are on the subject, I have helped 9 members on here get a loan Modification and I did not charge them anything. So lets review the stats...
Sold 3 homes to 3 different members on this Board. 2 are Primaries 1 Investment.
Helped 9 members Get Loan Mods lowering their Mortgage Payments an average of 35%.
And currently working on 7 more members Loan Mods as we speak
and I almost forgot... hooked up countless of members with my Mortgage Broker Faith who has put niggas in houses for 4.5%..

There is an exception in the Maryland statue that allows LEO to record you.
Security video for places of business where they are no privacy mandates (Law offices, bathrooms, doctors office) are also exempt because there is zero expectation of privacy, however, lets say you use the phone at the store, they cannot record the conversation.
The judge did NOT rule that is was legal, but did say it was going to be a tough case to prosecute. The charges were dismissed because the Trooper, MD State Troopers, and Legal system were all getting nationwide negative attention and it's an election year here in MD.
No one wants to cause a row during an election year.
