Someone named "The Sorrow" called Fakeout on their fuckery and posted it in the comments section of the story - a few minutes later all the comments they posted were magically removed.

That's pretty much an admission of guilt considering they specifically honed in on those comments but didn't touch any of the spam.

This isn't an acurate comparison. Max knew what he was doing and he was trying to play freedom of speech. Reality Kings can show that they were duped, lied to and if they can show proof of false identification, that is a whole different story. They continued with such great films as Bun Busters among others. As a matter of fact they were huge with the Dark Bros. Also nothing happened to the Dark Bros. for producing New Wave Hookers of which she was in. All they did was edit her part out and continue to sell it. I've seen both versions. Now don't get me wrong, I know politics plays a role cause that's why Max got set up. And I know most people have it in for porn so they might try to use this as an excuse to put pressure on them. But it really depends on how thourough reality kings tried to be. If they can prove that they dotted every "I" and crossed every "T" also coupled with the fact that this happened in California and not Florida. I agree with you on that. Because Sarah Palin's daughter got raped by Levi and had a pregnancy to prove it and nothing happened to him. Jamie Lynn Spears was raped by her boyfriend and a baby and not problem. But a black dude did it in atlanta and I believe he's still in prison. So it matters who you are and where you are. Oh yeah definately, they will be harder on the individual because they don't want anyone slipping through the cracks who may intentionally use that as a defense knowing they were breaking the law. Actually that runs counter to innocent until proven guilty, but more and more society no longer cares about that. It's guilty and prove your innocence. Charged = guilty in most cases.
