In her Twitter post, Bieyanka Moore (posting as CaribbearQueenB) wrote: "OMFG! OK I KNOW THERE IS A RUMOR GOING ON THAT IM 15 EVER SCENCE MY PRONO CAME OUT..WELL IM NOT! EVERYTHING WILL B SET STRAIGHT SOON EVERY1".
If there has been a mistake in identification, it may have come from a missing persons bulletins, such as the blog "CJaye57's Weblog," which posted Charrida Smalley as an endangered missing girl, a runaway, in January (she and her sister were located in February). In the information given about the teenager was listed an alias: Bieyanka Moore.
Charrida Smalley may have been using the alias as a private joke, a subtle act of rebellion she slipped past her parents. But Charrida Smalley was 15 years old when she went missing, and if she is the young woman in the porn video, it could spell trouble for quite a few people. The production of a pornographic movie with an underage person involved would break a number of state and federal statutes and place those responsible in a precarious legal position. Depending on the state that would prosecute, those in the age of majority could be held accountable for the endangerment of the minor, regardless if they were aware or unaware of her true age.
Lawrence Taylor, former NFL great, ran into such laws in New York when an alleged young prostitute was reportedly supplied him. That young woman, too, happened to be a runaway and underage.
