I see a lot of you are young, and from your point of view these guys seem stupid, crazy and weak. Shit when I was some of you guys ages, I probably would have thought the same thing. But as you get older, grow and see things with your own eyes, your outlook on life is bound to change.
One thing I've noticed is that CAC's know when to show their ass, especially in the work place.
They usually tip toe around the young black workers, often hiring a black worker just to deal with them, so they wont get their hands dirty.
However once you get a certain age, and you become committed to life, mortgage, car notes, wife and children, thats when they show their true side.
Their whole tone of voice changes, and they tend to become more disrespectful.
In my life I have witnessed countless of strong black workers, a few I used to look up to as a young worker, reduced to a shell of a man and treated like a sambo or a slave!
If this is the case with homeboy that offed 9 co-workers, and he truly felt like he had nothing to lose, well I have to respect where he is coming from, because unless we do something, or try to do something, shit out there in the work force will only get worse for us blacks!
