Like someone mentioned before me all of the apps in cydia aren't updated just yet... Lockdown crashed my 4.. While in safemode simply uninstall the package u think crashed your springboard... Issue resolved

Has anyone been able to get MyWi to work on iPhone 4? My shit keeps saying license not found and keeps searching.

got it running on my 3g this morning, quick and easy. speed seems to be the same. but i did get a boost in speed when i did a few of those speed suggestions like disabling almost everything in search, hard reboot twice, etc etc..


now i'm going to keep an eye on battery life.

Props on the jailbreak, it was quick and easy...question though. I have a 3g so I updated to iOS4 before I jail broke but the updates/improvements like multi-tasking isn't working and I didnt see the rain drop background you get. anyone else update and jail break a 3g? I do have unified email boxes and the ability to create folders,camera zoom. I checked youtube and one dude was able to multi task one wasnt

Duval if Im not mistaken they said the multitasking doesnt work on 3G. And the 3G doesnt really respond well to 4.0 I have a 3G and a 4. I turned my 3G into an ipod touch and left it at 3.1.3

I havent said f it yet...but that bluetooth fix in 4.1 is really big for me so if I have to restore to get it I will....

I'm cool but I figure a few peeps are gonna get frustrated, you can't go hog wild installing those apps because some don't work and it will crash your springboard sending you into safe mode (been there, done that), I found this helpful video.

Fuck that program. Get pdanet. It's better. It allows you to tether 2 ways....either making your iphone a wireless network itself, or through a usb.
