None of C's played well, but KG was the worse...he's gotta show the fuck up. Pau was straight abusing him. As bad as KG was playing, Doc really should've kept him on the bench in favor of 'Sheed, cuz at least that lineup was cutting into the lead.
That Celtic defense just was not there tonight. Bynum got too many easy ones. Ray's gonna have to back off of Kobe. Let Kobe get his on the perimeter, and help when he drives...you know, Celtic defense. We can't have Ray in foul trouble.
And, of course, the rebounding was atrocious.
But it's just game 1, they better come with a better effort in game 2.

The outcome of this game couldnt have been that big of a suprise to anyone following the celtics..the Lakers can play any style of basketball.. we're like chameleons..we play uptempo with the suns..but we love to play half-court & so does the Celtics big "3"...Rondo only excels in fastbreak transition settings..he is always stagnant in a half-court setting..his only option is Allen running off screens or allowing pierce to go 1on 1 with artest (which at best is 50/50 ball)..or garnett with those predictable fadeaways..if they cant speed the tempo of this game up this series can be over in 5!!

Im a laker fan & i shouldnt say this but...if The Celtics wanna really be effective in half-court settings..they're gonna have to run a high screen & roll with either Garnett or Pierce....Pick & roll's are our Achilles heel..once Rondo creates a mismatch with the Lakers big he can simply penetrate to the rim..& @ that point its endless possibilities..foul trouble on Lakers, or catch Pierce or Allen for perimeter shots, but....shhh..u didnt hear that shit from me!!!

I will say,Gasol impressed...while KG looked old,but...nobody looks good losing.
