For forums, I already mentioned this shit in this thread--forums save time and money cuz you just focus on your threads and paid posters handle the rest and you pay mofos only if you like the shit they posted. Case closed. Easy.

For blogs--this is A BITCH. I used to post this shit by hand. Fucking hassle specially if you are using SEO plugins.

Here's a trick that SAVED ME A SHITLOAD of time:

Have your writers write the posts in CSV format and load that shit to your Wordpress blog using this plugin: hxxp://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/csv-importer/ Replace xx with tt NOTE: There's many motherfuckers out there trying to trick people into buying a CSV importer. I posted the ONLY FREE CSV plugin I can find and it works well. Fuck paying for that shit when someone else made a free version, right?

You can then build more forums using other niches.

Another approach (if you can tolerate the smaller flow of traffic) is start the main forums' sections on CITIES in GA, like Atlanta

and in the atlanta subsection divide that shit into districts/suburbs of atlanta

Don't use Vbulletin's "publishing" version, it's more expensive and has too much shit you don't need for this hustle. Use the standard "forum only" package.

You can try invision and there's many other forum scripts/software out there. The only reason I recommend Vbulletin is because it has the most installs out there so that shit is battle-tested and VBSEO makes that shit SEO-friendly

You can try others, I've posted links to FREE FORUM SOFTWARE earlier in this thread. The headache is in finding SEO hacks for them that work. I'm sure they exist though so check the bulletin boards dedicated to hacking/modding them so you can see what SEO hacks are available.

I want Vbulletin, but the bad press that their new version is getting is putting me off... I noticed that vbulletin software is available on torrents.. should i risk it and download it?

eh fuck it. i'm just gonna run a free one and try tweaking it. the simplemachines shit looks just like a vbulletin site anyways

u have to get hosting.. get a cheap plan like $10.00 a month.. cpanel usually gives u free forums to choose from.. smf is one of them.. or u can use a free forum site but they give u rules and u have to use there name in the url... go here http://www.freeforums.org/ not sure if u can put ads on those free forums.. ur better off getting cheap hosting.. i use host gator google em

Something like what gadgetman has with his site but starting off completely free.

Is that a good idea? Coupon and saving sites do pretty good and basically you steal links for other sites as well.

Bruh, the stuff I posted about BLOGGER is a shortcut to get your Adsense application approved quickly. Blogger is not a HOST service for forums, it only has free blogs.

For this thread's hustle--forums--you have to get hosting.

Most hosts have a VIRTUAL SERVER package. What is this shit? You don't rent the whole box you just rent part of it--that's why it's virtual. Most virtual hosting packages are cheap (less than $10 a month)

Since your forum isn't porn-related or other "hot" topics, you've got a greater selction for hosts.

I suggest you look at their UPTIME GUARANTEES and TECH SUPPORT guarantees

I recommend hostgator.com and amerinoc.com/virtual.html

If you pick someone different, make sure to check HOSTING FORUMS like webhostingtalk.com to see if there's SHIT being talked about the host. That forum is all about hosting and reviews.

When do you get a host? AFTER you get your domain.

When you get the host, they send you a DNS ID, it's something like

dns1.yourhost.com
dns2.yourhost.com

Set that shit up to your "Manage Name Servers" section of your Domain account so your domain points to your hosting account

Once you got that set up, set up your forum software on your server.

Download and install this program hxxp://www.coreftp.com/ to upload your forum files to your server

or you can have vbulletin install that shit for you, I think that's one of their services. If you're using a free forum script, you have to do it yourself or have a coder do it for you.

Okay, for this type of hustle, the name of the game is to SEO your shit well so your posts get found ahead of your competitions

Like you said, most of the content for this is passed around from site to site but be careful of proprietary or fake deals being posted on some forums to catch leecherz.

To seo your shit, do the following:

Find my earlier post in this thread about finding keywords

Find keywords that would CHARACTERIZE the types of deals you want to specialize in

Use those keywords as your categories/"labels"

Blogger is not as SEO friendly as WP but since you're using it, make sure you are CONSISTENT with labelling. Only 1 label per post so label that shit tight

Now that you have your main keywords as categories, find subkeywords you can use to describe the deals. Write them in such a way that the sukeywords are triggered


The goal here is to pimp the smaller traffic keywords that few ar e fighting over and build a traffic base off those

You use the categories to give your search traffic 'direction'

Next step:

Build links, you can do this shit by submitting to free directories, social bookmarking sites, commenting on blogs, etc

Follow this-- your name or title is your KEYWORD and you link that to your url. Also, your description must have your keyword AND a related subkeyword

Rotate titles/tags/names--shit can't be the same over and over, it will look "unnatural" to Google. same with the url, link both main domain and 'deep link' to an actual page.

Join blogcatalog.com or mybloglog and ask those ninjas there to swap links with you


WARNING: Build links that are DO FOLLOW (ie., when you click Control U in firefox, the code of the page doesn't say rel="no follow") cuz NO FOLLOW doesn't give a nikkuh any SEO love.... Google doesn't follow NO FOLLOW shit so you're just wasting your time building links at NO FOLLOW sites.
